Friendly, personable staff that will help you with all your shipping needs. I stopped in with an unusual request. I had an eventful youth and had purchased several swords when visiting the Texas Renaissance Festival, they’d been in storage for years and I was finally able to sell them on ebay and needed to ship them. The staff at the store were able to build a box for the unusual dimensions and wrap each sword to protect them, however; they were not allowed to ship them. I had to go to the regular post office for that, but they helped explain the process and reason why. I’ve gone back several times and will continue to revisit this store to utilize their services.
