I can’t possible write anything that would do justice to the excellent level of service my family received from The A/C Guy. We went through 4 other A/C repair companies, none of which could fix our high-efficiency, two-stage system that still under warranty. Finally, after 5 weeks without air conditioning, we found Wes from The A/C Guy. Not only did Wes and his co-workers fix our A/C system correctly, they refused to accept payment until our system worked for an entire week. We ended up spending less to have The A/C Guy fix our system right than we spent on all the other companies for not fixing it. When it first started having trouble I could not have imagined that it would take 5 whole weeks to find someone who could fix it. Next time, I’ll call The A/C Guy first!

Technicians were extremely nice and logical. Office disorganized and then RUDE. Asked for estimates and never got them, they had phone and Internet issues, then I waited until the next day.. After getting them the estimate is double what the technician stated it would cost. Rachel the owner is nasty and I am sorry as the techs were really nice and seemed honest. The owner has a different agenda.

Thieves, liars or both. Quoted $ 7,700 worth of equipment that I HADTOHAVE. got a second opinion and turns out I didn’t need ANY of the equipment they quoted, only $ 165 worth of plumbing work. Not only that but they charged $ 49.99 diagnostic fee when I told them what the problem was then $ 125 more to fix the problem without crediting the service call /diagnostic fee. This is the type of contractor that gives us all a bad name. AWFUL

The A/C guy was called for a problem with the air conditioner, set a time to arrive and did so on time, actually earlier than first thought but we were called to see if that fit our schedule and it did. 2 A/C Technicians came into the house, headed to the attic and worked on the A/C Heating unit as a team, found the problem within approximately 10 minutes, advised me of their findings [ I was with them watching ] and gave me an estimate on the repairs needed with in a few more minutes out at their service van. The price was right but I called the A/C Guy because of the reputation of honesty more than price in the first place so that was the icing on the cake for me. They had the part I need on the service van and installed it promptly and efficiently, checked their work and did a courtesy inspection of my system at that point as well which I was thankful for. Now that I have said what they did let me say what they did not do! They did not come in with dirty work boots and track up the floors or carpets, each put a special protector on their feet. They did not laugh and joke around or even speak loudly the whole time there. 100% professional appearance and demeanor. They did not run out the clock wasting time to run up a tab. Precise and calculated actions by both in solving the problem at hand. They did not try to sell me things I did not need. They explained all findings in terms anyone would understand. They did not take personal phone calls while working on my A/C Heating unit. My problem was their primary target and nothing else. They did not leave without making sure all facets of the Heating and Air Conditioning system worked right. So would I call the A/C Guy LLC again, of course I would and I appreciate the referral I was given by my daughters, yes the A/C Guy has also worked on their Air Conditioning systems, heater too for one of them. I also appreciate the A/C Guy coming the distance once again.
