Texaco Xpress Lube

I took my husband’s Santa Fe here for oil change. To make a long story short they forgot to put o-​ring back on oil filter and oil came out all over engine and garage floor. We took to another shop to have problem corrected since they are not open on Sunday. Monday my husband stopped by and told them what happened and they offered him free oil change coupon. Really! So they can screw up again! He asked for manager and they said they would have him call. He never did. So my advice is to stay away from this incompetetant place.

I questioned one employee why 3 other cars had gone before mine and major attitude began — I gave it back. Not pretty at all. No threats.
3 employees dishing out a lot of passive agressive behavior toward me.
Failed my car due to windshield wipers won’t clean windshield — PLEASE !!! Got worse from there. State says they will fail if torn or don’t clean windshield — they were not torn, and they clean off all the road bugs that get on there. They are just jerking my chain. I told the guy to not replace them, as I didnt want to give them any more money that necessary, then knowing I would STILL HAVE TO COME BACK tommorrow to get my inspection finished if I bought my blades somewhere else, I told the guy to go ahead and replace them at whopping $ 22 per blade. I just wanted out of there and never want to go back. They DID NOT replace my blades, drove my car off the blocks and when I asked about my wiper blades, they said oh you said not to replace — you will have to get back in line again … REALLY? ALREADY BEEN THEN 90 MINUTES !!! There were only 5 cars there when I pulled up. And 3 guys working.
johnathan was the loud mouth. Sour attitude — told him my husband told me to call sheriff to get car back and he says oh I will call them for you — he did.
sad that sheriff’s have to spend their time dealing with this crap.
