Supreme Pools was recommended by our builder. BJ designed our pool/spa, outdoor kitchen and was excellent! He listened and did exactly what we wanted. Our pool started on Oct 24th and in 3 weeks everything was done except for the pebble tec, which was delayed due to weather. Everything was done in a 5 week time frame. A check list is provided, so you know exactly what will happen next. Stacy in the front office was professional, friendly and got all of our answers to questions in a prompt manner. We also worked with Mike on all follow up questions. He was great! I would definitely recommend Supreme Pools & Spas!

I would like to give less than one star for the service we received from Supreme Pools. After BJ and the design process were finished, we had NO customer service at all. There was no superintendent on our job. Any issue we ever brought up to the owners was not taken seriously and our concerns were never addressed. They took every cheap short cut they could. They could have cared less that we were unhappy. They got their money and that is apparently all they cared about. There are too many good pool companies out there. Don’t settle for the poor work and poor service from this company.

Chose supreme pools because we got a good vibe from BJ their sales person. He could answer all technical question that most other companies had to refer back to contract manager. BJ was professional and very helpful. During construction our yard was a mess but they let you know upfront what they will and won’t repair. Jeff was our contact person during construction and answered all concerns promptly. The contract workers they used were very nice and worked extremely hard. Basically they give you a window 4 – 6 weeks and you should just close yours blinds and let it happen. I didn’t believe at some points we would finish on time but we did. Guys came and did clean up yard looks way better. Yes they leave debris, yes they turn up whenever, and yes they did get it completed with in time frame. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to enjoy this experience! I was very excited to have our dream pool done and all the fun that comes with it, but I have mixed feelings about our experience with Supreme Pools so far. I will update this as things progress, but these are my current views. First, let me say they came highly recommended and do have tons of positive recommendations and references out there. They give you pages and pages of them, but to be quite frank, at the end, the only opinion that matters is the one that comes from your own experience. Their reputation is clearly a competitive advantage and one they defend ferociously. On the positive side, their sales staff is very good and responsive to your design considerations. Negative side, I find that they are very elusive with their build schedule and operations are dragged way out to the convenience. A little empathy for the customer would go along way here! We began planning our pool with Supreme at the end of April with their designer and by May 14th we executed our contract with Supreme. At that time we were then informed of the paper work that was going to be needed to begin, which included HOA approval. This took a ridiculous amount of time(over four weeks) and we quickly found ourselves trying to build a pool during the peak season, something I was definitely trying to avoid and a fact that the company later used to explain long periods of non-work time. It was about June 19th that we expected the dig to start based on Supreme’s estimate. Then we were told due to rain and all the other jobs ahead of us we were delayed a week. April 22-June 19 to prepare! They completed the dig June 29th. Today is Aug 6th. It would have been nice to have been informed of potential for this in April when the design was done to keep things moving. After all they are a pool building general contractor. You are paying them for design, scheduling and management of the project, but mostly for their experience in these matters. The majority of the work done to build the pool is sub-contracted out to others. This is a common problem for non-integrated companies. They wind up suffering from the accumulation of inefficiencies of all of the sub-contractors. They tell you that they will complete the pool in four to six weeks, but the don’t tell you that it will be done in many short work periods with a lot of down time in between. This is done so that they can maximize their builds and minimize their costs. What it translates to the customer is a huge mess in the back yard for 4−6wks. In reality the building of a pool is a relatively short duration exercise and can be done quickly barring set time for Gunite, PebbleTec and decking. Everything else can be done fairly quickly and consecutively. These last two weeks have been the worst. We are currently at the end of the 6th week of the build and I’d say that 90% of the work is done. But we are still suffering for many little jobs that have yet to be completed. The stone work wasn’t done right so the weepers don’t fill with water properly, the rock guys haven’t been back yet to fix the fire bowls, the spa still empties when it should be blowing. Some of the valve work isn’t done because the guy who came out two days ago was missing the four install screws. He hasn’t be back yet. The grade of the yard is way off because they took much of the dirt with them so when the clean up crew was here they had no dirt to use to grade the yard. Understand that! They take a ton of YOUR dirt away and then don’t typically bring it back to grade with. Only after a stern discussion with their operations guy did he agree to bring some of it back to correct the grade. The pile still awaits disbursement around the yard and the guys haven’t shown up to do that yet. One thing I want to make sure you are aware of is that they don’t take any of their trash with them until almost the end of the job. So you wind up with a large pile of trash in the yard for 4−6wks. I don’t mean just construction trash, I mean coke bottles, cigarette butts and cartons, plastic food wrappers, etc. So the workers seem to show up at the end of the day after coming from other sites and seem exhausted so one has to wonder about the quality of the work being completed. One of the things that I have to say I am shocked by is this. Since the end of the dig I haven’t seen anyone from Supreme pools out here. I understand trusting your sub-contractors, but the business I am in you trust but verify their work. This hasn’t happened to my knowledge yet. So I sit here now with a near complete pool and await the arrival of what I guess is three or four different crews to come and do some minor work to finish up. It will be 6wks Sat and today is Thursday. They still have a considerable amount of work to do to complete the job.

Supreme pools did an amazing job on our pool from start to finish. This was our first pool so we were a bit nervous and not sure what to expect during the construction process. But everyone there went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and secure in the invest we were making. They even helped out with finding the right finance company for us. Our sales rep BJ did an amazing job. We gave him all our ideas of what we liked and wanted. He took that and came up with something much more than we could have ever dreamed of. A perfect mix of what my wife and I both wanted. Now instead of looking for things to do on the weekends we can stay home and enjoy our private paradise. We will definitely recommend Supreme to everyone we know.

Our pool was built approximately 18 months ago. We have had several problems with the flagstone and concrete decking. In some places, we are on the 4−5th repair attempt. Most recent resulted in additional damage to adjacent flagstone due to sloppy use if power tools, wrong color grout and that grout was cracked and deteriorating with 48 hours. Pebbled concrete patched with pebble-less patch that disintegrated almost instantly then was replaced with another concrete patch that was wrong color(brown instead of gray). To top it off, there technicians were rinsing their sponges and buckets in my pool… the same one used to mix and apply grout and concrete patches! Pool looked amazing when we moved in…
