I love going into the store. The staff is always friendly and helpful if I can’t find an item I spotted on the website. Every visit is an adventure and I recommend this store. Its very clean and organized.

This was a great place to shop new/​consignment furniture! I felt the staff was friendly and helpful but not pushy or car-​salesman-​y. They had a lot of interesting furniture at great prices! I didn’t find anything on my first visit but I’ll keep visiting as we look for furniture that suits our new home. They have a good website with their items listed and search and notification options. Great local furniture store!

Two experiences, one in store, one on the phone. I visited Stillgoode on a whim one day while driving by and browsed around inside. The staff was friendly, but so-​so helpful. When asking about items I was interested in, they simply gave me an answer where they were standing rather than walking with me and helping me wherever the item was. Today, I called and spoke with Sarah. She identified herself as a manager. I asked her if they had any bedroom sets in stock. She asked me if I had visited the website. I told her that I had and that I wasn’t very impressed with it. I continued to ask about any bedroom sets they might have and rather than answer my questions, she continued to direct me to the website. In the end, she said she didn’t know if she had any bedroom sets and that if I wanted to see what they had, I should visit the website. Terrible customer service.

Sales staff is friendly, but not over bearing. The store has a broad selection of pieces in good condition, and at reasonable prices. Their website makes it easy to see new inventory in advance and then drop by the store and see them in person. Will definitely be back to see what they have in stock next time!

Let’s see, what shall I have today?
Will I spot a figurine that strikes my fancy? Or a piece of Waterford crystal that replaces the stem that I broke a while back (and the pattern’s been discontinued)? Or will I stumble upon an antique Victorian ladies rocking chair in beautiful condition? Perhaps an end table. Or a lamp. Or a corner curio cabinet that is precisely what I’ve been wanting to buy but didn’t want to spend nearly $ 2000 for brand new.
Such are the questions and the images that run through my mind (and are presented before my eyes) when I walk through the doors of StillGoode. Every time I enter the store, it’s an adventure of new merchandise. Beautifully presented and staged with items in superb condition, I feel as if I’m on a treasure hunt.
Some of the furnishings are newer (if not almost brand new); many of the items are antiques and from the 30’s and 40’s. Complete sets of china (Noritake, Royal Doulton, Lenox, to name a few); Lladro figurines, Waterford, a variety of the most unique clocks (key-​wound mantle and regulator as well as newer battery-​operated versions) as well as grandfather and grandmother clocks constructed of different wood types, wooden bed frames, dining room tables and chairs, breakfronts. .. There’s so much!
A new section has been added recently: «The Man Cave.» This area contains all sorts of old signage and «guy stuff.» Cool.
Prices are beyond reasonable. I’ve purchased a variety of items here and absolutely love every one of them.
Two things people should know, however, about StillGoode: if you do see something you like, BUY IT. It may not be there tomorrow, or even an hour from now. I learned that the hard way. And, if you do buy furniture from them, you will have to bring it home yourself. StillGoode will pack/​wrap it well for you (we purchased a Kincaid corner curio cabinet from them at a steal-​of-​a-​deal price), but luckily we had a pick up truck available to help us get it home.

This place is great for finding good quality furniture and cool decorations. They update their inventory on their website regularly, check it out! They cycle through stuff fairly often. Go in, check out some awesome furniture that will last lifetimes, and you won’t leave not wanting to come back as soon as you can.
