I had a question concerning my bill I went to this store and Angelica was helping me she was polite and tried to figure out my bill and even called her corporate office they just started charging me last month for things that they hadn’t in the past as we were casually speaking about the bill this gentlemen walked over and started interfering he started off with a very rude tone and mannerisms as I asked questions he became so belligerent and nasty he started to talk down to me I said politely that I am an older women he needs to be respectful and that I would rather he leave because he was so rude and aggressive I then asked him who he was to my surprise he was the store manager I then told him he needs to take some classes on behavior modification he ran to back office slammed the door with such anger and then came out infuriated starting a commotion I kept telling him to not be so rude and he shouldn’t be in a position to be a manager he had a temper he then threw the door open and said get out of my store I proceeded to do just that there was no justification for that ill behavior nothing transpired for his obnoxious behavior but I would not tolerate him speaking at me and down to me obviously he approached me with a nasty attitude it was obvious to me he had a tad bit of a Violent behavior it was so unjustified uncalled this man truly has anger issues with people he has no fuse I was scared after I’d left there because of his uncalled for behavior i then went to a larger sprint store near by they were pleasant and helped me out I then called the corporate office to complain they were so polite and concerned at what had happened and will take care of the situation, also I taped the whole conversation please be cautious when choosing sprint stores authorized dealers are privately owned. It’s safer conducting any matters at a corporate store. By the the managers name is Ezra, Be careful he needs behavior modification classes.

1 star is generous. Horrible service. Lied and said we couldn’t buy an iPhone outright, forced us into a lease without any information. Go anywhere but here.

deserves no stars. Employees cursing, and talking about their use of drugs. Also not having an idea to even activate a phone. Poor poor service.
