Sicily Pizza & Pasta

I don’t know how this place isn’t rated higher! Best pizza I’ve had since moving here, for sure. The girlfriend and I have had their sandwiches, wings, and pasta as well– all were delicious. It is almost always a 45 minute wait, but everything always tastes so fresh that we don’t even mind. Trust me, ignore the negative reviews and give this place a shot. You won’t regret it

Great pizza fora place that delivers. A bit more pricey than your average, run of the mill, pizza delivery, but I don’t mind paying a little more money for better quality product. From the sauce to the crust, this place is good. A lot faster and friendlier than another pizza place in the area that bakes on stone.

Their spinach chicken white pizza was fresh and tasty. Their hot wings were also very good. I wasn’t pleased with the pepperoni pizza roll. They have lunch specials from 11am-​2pm and just to let you know they do not sell pizza by the slice. I probably wouldn’t go back to dine in unless I happen to be in the area and craving pizza.

First time to order from here, first Unilocal review. I will attach pics. Delivery was quick, but delivery guy literally said ZERO words, just handed me food and walked away. Fried mushrooms were almost black. Ranch was warm? marinara that comes with cheese sticks has no flavor, and hints of ketchup? Wings were good, pizza was great. Salad was great as well. I’d stick to pizza and wings, but I would love them if they improved the things that I was very unhappy with.

I use to be a fan, but no more. Wings were so salty that I threw away. Ordered ½ Muffaletta and it was burnt on the bottom and tasted like it had come in contact with something fishy. Waste of $ 24. Never again. Done!

This is some of the best pizza I have had In Houston. I called Pizza Hut and they stopped delivery to my area at 5:30pm CST. Who does that? Apparently they do! I opened my Unilocal app and looked for deliveries in my area. They popped up. I was kind of persuaded by the reviews, however it didn’t stop me from ordering. I order via the app and it said a reasonable delivery time. Keep in mind I was feeding a pregnant woman who is picky about her food. She loved it. Lawd I loved it. This will be our new pizza place going forward.

I should have known better than to order a «gyro» from a pizza place in Houston. The «pita» is a pizza crust. It comes with yucky chees and a nasty sauce on it. Never tried their pizza so can’t speak on that but probably won’t order from again considering delivery took an hour and I live less than a mile away on a Sunday afternoon. I know they weren’t busy.

The only thing worse than the food is the customer service. They messed up my delivery order with some of the worst food that I have ever seen delivered and by leaving things out, but the rudeness and inability at customer service of the woman answering the phone was worse. One star is one to many for them.

We’ve been ordering pizza from Sicily for a while now and they are simply the best. Will not order from Pizza Hut or dominos unless Sicily is closed.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a salad and it has currently taken an hour and 30 minutes. We live 2.5 miles away. I’ve tried calling for the past 30 minutes and there’s no answer. I’ve eaten here before and had a terrible time with the delivery, but the food is tasty. DO NOT DO DELIVERY WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Have Never had anything but great food from this restaurant! Little pricey compared to Pappa Johns but Well worth it!

Food was awful. Pizza tasted like it was frozen, literary Sam’s Club has better pizza. Ordered Mushrooms they were burnt, chicken wings tasted like they were straight out of bag, and the cheesecake was terrible, literally the worst I’ve probably ever had. The strawberries were watery & brown. EVERYTHING WAS WATERY

Ordered for everyone at work and then waited over an hour. The guy forgot a salad and was angry we ordered a salad. He said he would go get it and bring it back but never returned. The food was horrible and one person didn’t get to eat. What a terrible place with terrible service and a completely incompetent delivery service.

Ordered online around 6pm and didn’t receive delivery until 8:30! Too angry to taste any flavors.

Our family ordered dinner from sicily’s when we picked up our 50.00 order the sandwhich was made incorrectly and both pizza’s had raw dough it was clearly undercooked. When we called back asking to have our order made correctly. We were met with unprofessional attitudinal disdain. A simple we are sorry we would be happy to correct it would have made us happy. We will never give this unprofessional establishment our business again. Clearly they are not about customer service.

Would not deliver 6.4 miles away and a 15 min drive, very lazy bad business I guess I’ll go back to dominos. My bad 4.6 miles sounds like a bunch of lazy pizza boys. If they can’t take care of a customer 4.6 miles away how can they take pride in making pizza.

I ordered a calzone. Let me tell you, the large is LARGE! Good value. I was very disappointed that the calzone had pizza sauce baked inside it. One of the main reasons I opt for calzones is to not have pizza sauce. Usually places just have that on the side. It also makes it messier to eat. Spent my time scraping that out. :(

We liked the Pesto spinach & garlic pizza: it came with tomatoes and feta cheese. The bright lights inside make it a better take out spot than dine-​in. Buffalo shrimp with hot sauce was good!

I haven’t tried anything but pizza here but the pizza i get is delicious. Tried most of the the other local places and they just don’t compare.

Ordered take out. Evidently I had an old menu. Figured it out by ordering from their lunch specials and ordered the drink that was included, he told me they didn’t do that any more and that I have an old menu. «That’s fine, what else is different on the new menu? Any price changes or items?» «Just that and the front coupon is a dollar more.»
Fine, continued with my order which was for 3 different people.
Other things that we encountered on this order.
When ordering a 2 topping item — cheese doesn’t count as a topping, they charge you a dollar more and don’t let you know. As in «For my two toppings, I would like black olives and extra cheese since I don’t want another topping» I feel they should have let me know then.
Even though he said nothing else had changed on the newer menu, he was not correct. My 12 wings were actually 9.50 instead of the 7.99 listed on my «old» menu. ALSO, failed to mention that although on my menu it said FREE delivery, it is now $ 1.
So because of these changes my order was $ 4 more than I had expected. I would think I am not the only one that has had an old menu when calling, so I was just surprised. They brought the old menus to my location, didn’t see why they hadn’t brought out the new menu out to the local area as well. Oh well.
Guy on the phone who took my order was super friendly nice and funny. I asked for his recommendation for my boneless wing flavors. He suggested half Medium and half Lemon Pepper. I didn’t really care for their Medium, it was just «meh» but I SUPER enjoyed the Lemon Pepper! The flavor was amazing and the crisp on the outside was most enjoyable. The Medium, of course, were soggy because of the sauce.
I called back about the price difference, they apologized but didn’t seem very understanding of my frustration.
I will say though after I ate lunch, my stomach got super upset with something I had eaten, ugh, not sure what. Boooo! But that is a first. I’ll still may give them another try. I have had pizza from here before as well, and it was good, too. The delivery time wasn’t bad at all either.
I do want more of those Lemon Pepper boneless wings and just hope that they weren’t what made me sick to my stomach!
