Same bad service the next day. They must have fired the previous crew and hired even worst workers or they don’t pay them. Obviously bad management from China

Drive-​thru looked busy, so I came inside. Only one girl working, currently assisting car at window… never said anything to me. That’s fine, I wait. She walks right in front of me to get their order together, but doesn’t look at me at all… like I’m not even there. Ok, so I wait.
She takes the next cars order and proceeds the same, walks past me, doesn’t look at me, IGNORES ME… it’s so awkward! She goes to window, takes the next cars order! Wth?! Hello?!
Geez…she gets their order and I finally ask, «at what point am I going to get service?» She finally looks at me and says «I’m the only one here! » I tell her that I would think that she’d eventually alternate or something to help me between the car line. She rolls her eyes and turns around to finish with the customer at the window. She then turns to me, all pissy, and asks what I want.
Seriously… I didn’t know HOW long she would have left me there, ignoring me, unless I had said something! Hello… some customer service training needed here.
Greet the customer upon entering. Give them a lil time to look. If you’re backed up busy say, «I’ll be with you in a bit, I apologize, I’m the only one here, I’ll help you next» Then something like «thanks for your patience, what can I get for you?»
Simple, simple things here, that one would expect.
One star for making me feel like I wasn’t even a human standing there and for the attitude.
You go to ANY OTHER donut shop, and they give you above and beyond service. (Probably because they own it, but still!) Shipley’s lacks in that area.
The donuts are standard Shipley’s donuts. The best part about them is their hours and drive-​thru.

what can i say. I love/​hate shipley’s. they kill my diet and make me happy at the same time. Kolaches are awesome, chocolate with nuts are great too. The glazed are an all time favorite.
