Service King Collision Repair of Spring

The service took a bit long, but the repairs made were above standard. It was quite difficult to find, even with navigation. But the employees were professional and wore cheerful countenances when greeting customers.

I had to have my door repaired so I took it here theirs guys don’t care about anything. First off I had to rent a car and they knew it but they had to hang onto it because they couldn’t get the running boards which didn’t match but I told them to install what they had so I could save 100.00 that wasn’t so bad. Second they told me they had to paint the back door to kind of get the paint to match which the paint matched great. What really gets me is they couldn’t repair 2 small door dings before they painted it. I can’t believe they did this…

The service king location in Spring is terrible. I will not returning or advise anyone to use them. The quality of work they do is a joke, maybe it would fly at Maaco but I expected a lot better then what was done. I have been to pick up my vehicle 3 times now and it’s still not fixed correctly. It is very clear that they don’t not care about customers and only want to push vehicles though there shop as fast as possible. I was very clear about what needed to be fixed and almost nothing has been done about it. I also do not appreciate being lied to by the joke of a service advisor about a number of issues. Do your self and favor and please do not take your vehicle here.

Review is for their tow trucks! These guys are vultures. My wif’es car was wrecked and she called AAA. The Service King truck waiting approached her and she politely refused their services and stated she was waiting on AAA and did not need them. The tow truck driver called AAA with her car information and had them drop it off at their shop when it was supposed to go to another shop! This is not an acceptable business practice. They might do good body work but avoid their tow trucks.

I have been unfortunate enough to wreck two vehicles and I was fortunate enough to take them straight to Service King. Both times they weren’t only on time but they were early, even when they had to replace the «TRD» sticker on my Tundra on both sides (and special order them because the ones that came on my truck weren’t made anymore). They have always been top notch in customer service and I recommend them often. Their work has stuck well, the paint looks like I just drove it off the lot and there’s no evidence of ever have needed work done. I enjoy that I get to go online and watch their progress on my vehicles. I will always go to SK should I need them again and I recommend if you need this kind of service you pick this company.

They handled my car repair very well and stay in contact with me throughout the process. Though my repairs took longer than expected it was for good reason. They attempted to refinish and repaint my damaged back bumper when they determined that the bumper would start to crack in a short period of time. They opted to replace it which took an additional two days to complete. The car looked like new when I picked it up! I would definitely recommend this place!

I came her to have my rear bumper fixed after a lady rear ended me while I was yielding at a yeild! Never a pleasant experience.
But the people at Service King took care of my car. It was in by Wednesday morning out by Friday afternoon. I had a pleasant experience partially because everything including my rental car was taken care of by the girl’s insurance.
When my car was returned, it was clean inside and out and it looked liked the day I had bought it.
Great service.

I took my car here because it was a recommended provider by my insurance. I had a bent control arm and needed an alignment. Midas had quoted me $ 1400 & a friend who is a mechanic quoted me $ 1000. Service King did it for $ 733! I dropped the car off on a Friday and by Monday it was done & their mechanics don’t work weekends. I have to say I was impressed.

I tried to get a estimate out of this group for a week and never did — they are so tied to the insurance companies that they couldn’t just write up a quote.
Very Difficult to Work With !!! may want to look elsewhere

horrible service I was referred by my insurance company there and my car was 5 days late and when I pick it up my car was very dirty on the inside full of white dust… they did not care about cleaning my car. and it was mising some plastic screws in the front bumper… never going back there

Been waiting to catch a break since my relocation out here, and sadly a week ago was greeted with broken truck windows outside the gym parking lot, sigh!
Regardless I needed my only means of transportation fixed asap and my insurance recommended Service King. To start, a phone conversation with first the Receptionist that refused to give me any real service, then with Bob, whom I was told was my main contact by my insurance, I figured I was in for a world of hurt since his phone ethics was short of professional and also lacking customer service. Pushing my appointment a day forward, I walked in with low expectations, figuring I would probably be taken for a ride, and not have my ride for days.
I checked in and waited a bit before being greeted by Louis P. After a quick scan over my truck we went back in to discuss the damage. Louis was great worked with me to get the costs under my insurance deductible, having the total come out to far less than I expected. He was Johnny on the spot with getting my vehicle taken care of as quickly as possible (nothing like the 2 – 3 or maybe more days that I was told by Bob), and had it ready for me the next early evening. Great customer service turn around was provided by Louis P.
My Truck, Big Blue, looked like his normal self when I picked him up. Aside from the lack of service on the phone (hence the loss of a star) overall my experience was a pleasant one.
