Shout out to Royal Appliance and Tim(once again) for giving me sound advice about an appliance that had no future in my household — not at any price. Blasted oven that I’ve got that kept flipping out on me. Oh bother. Right before Christmas, to boot. Called Royal and Tim came out in a few days’ time, giving sound advice that it wasn’t really worth it for me to spend anything on this hunk of junk. But the best part: we’re referred to an appliance dealer that I didn’t even know existed and had exactly what I needed to fit into this oh-so-tight old-school cabinetry in my kitchen. I’ll be a happy cooker and a happy camper real soon. Royal, as they’ve done in the past, did not disappoint.

Very happy with the service tech who came out to work on our fridge. Pleasant, knowledgeable and took care of our problem, warranty, without any fuss. They’ve also been very helpful over the phone and they seem to have a large stock of appliance parts on hand. Highly recommended!

I had the worst experience dealing with the service manager! He flat-out lied when I asked him why he was cancelling my service appointment that Electrolux confirmed a week prior. They put their most profitable service calls ahead of the warranty business. If you need service definitely don’t trust them!

Repairman showed up promptly and repaired the stove. In the process of connecting everything, he mistakenly plugged in another appliance stored under the stove. We did not know of his error until 72 hours later when my wife felt heat radiating from under the stove! We did not think of checking the work after the repairman because we are not appliance experts. She found this the day before we left town for a long weekend. We would have lost our home and our dog while we were gone! We contacted the owner who denied their employee could have made a mistake. We just wanted to alert them to this major safety incident and close call. We are very lucky we found this

First I thought that this company was great, and the technician they sent out was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the part they replaced in my old refrigerator failed within 2 months and during that time I had moved to any area of Houston the company doesn’t service. I tried to see if we could work out some deal like my submitting an invoice from another provider and them reimbursing me for the part and maybe a portion of the labor. The female owner had the audacity to tell me I should bring the refrigerator to her if I wanted service as they wouldn’t give me anything toward additional service fees. I then tried to see if I shipped them the defective part would they at least cover the shipping. No go there also, as she said, «It’s not my fault you moved.» Seemed to me it might be better in the interest in keeping a previously happy customer happy, to eat the $ 10 – 20 cost of shipping a part. There was no interest in compromise and because Becky is the owners wife and answers the phone, there is no where else to go. I would not recommend them as they(or at least Becky) is unwilling to work with a customer if you have a problem in the future.
