If it were possible to give this company negative stars I would. Within a week after my loved one’s death I received a notice of the debt. RMS doesn’t respond to emails or phone messages. I wrote a letter to them in the mid-​July and finally received a response on Oct. 5th. Run from this company!

Not very helpful in obtaining a reverse mortgage through them. This company accepts a POA when filling out paperwork and appraisal but then they stall saying they need more documentation a POA is not enough. Funny how its good for other state and federal agencies though. When you try to then have the person there you are trying to help you cant do that they didnt sign the paperwork. Talk about catch 22. Needless to say I went to the bank took out a line of credit all done in 7 bisiness days. I am still waiting for this company to get back with me, its been 6 weeks.
