I went in for a small rock chip repair, and came out with an 8 inch crack. Not a good day: (On a brighter note, I’ve been there twice before and haven’t had a problem. Just an unlucky day on my part I guess.

If you find this place on the web, you don’t realize it is just basically a tent in the HEB parking lot. They do a good job making sure your insurance will cover a repair (so no hassle there), but the quality of the work is questionable. They repaired an approx 8″ crack, but you could still clearly see the entire thing. A few weeks later, the crack extended another 3 inches. They agreed to «repair» the additional crack, but now it is more likely I will need a new windshield. I should have known better, but once I drove there originally — — I just wanted to get it done. Go with an established business, especially if your insurance is going to cover either way.
