Papa John’s Pizza

This morning I ordered a pizza from your location on 8000 Research Forest in the woodlands, store #1861. It is my first day off and I was excited for a pizza day at home. But unfortunately, that quickly changed. When I opened the door, the older delivery man gave me a very mean look and looked me up and down. I instantly got goosebumps. He then pushed the pizza against me, and slammed the receipt down on top of the box so hard I almost lost balance, said «Thanks» and quickly walked off. I have had the worst feeling about it since it happened earlier. I did not feel comfortable eating my pizza and breadsticks, since I did not know if he did anything to it or not. I’m not asking for a refund mostly because I just really don’t know if he messed with it, but I needed to let you know because I was so uncomfortable. The look I got from this man was one of someone you don’t want knowing where you live, or someone you can trust. SO CREEPY!!! I called up to talk to a sweet cashier Chelsea, but since management was in a meeting, I let her know since she was the only one on the shift. She was very apologetic, and did right for your company. But unfortunately, since this incident happened, I will not be ordering anything from your company anymore. Good customer lost since I order fairly frequently, business and personal. 1 star is a star too many.

Wow. I’m shocked by the reviews. I ordered from here for the second time today and both times received great service. My pizza was delivered within 20 minutes Of placing my order. My order was perfect! All my food was hot and the wings were fully cooked which is a first for papa johns. Lol. I didn’t get the guy’s name but he was very polite and had a smile even after carrying my pizza up 3 flights of stairs. A lot different from Wisconsin where they make you come to their car. But that’s another story. All in all 5 stars!

What is going on at this location? Absentee franchisee? The quality has gone absolutely downhill! Even the special pizza rolls have gone from a good size to something I can only explain by the picture. Dominos or Pizza Hut it is.

One of the worst pizzas we have had in a long long time. It was dry, over cooked and tasteless. On top of that, we didn’t receive the two dipping sauces that we ordered. Quality assurance is non-​existent at this franchise. We won’t be ordering again.
