Ive been living in this dump for two years now. INSTEAD of making it a long story ill just list the problems we have had as well as others and its a common occurrence, BED BUGS, ROACHES, BLACK MOLD, BATS IN THE ATTIC, electric bills over 300 a month in the summer, gang violence, damage to your cars by thug wannabee kids, 5 flights of stairs one way up, appliances from the 50s and 60s, thin partical board cabinets that come down and fall appart, horrible office staff, leaky windows, building sways, poor insulating so your freezing in the winter time, they paint over the problems, water bill is divided so $ 80 water bill is the norm, bodies have beed found in the pond in front, mail gets stolen, single pane windows, holes in the floor thats cover with cheap carpet, electric plugs dont work, electrical fires have happened here, weak ac units, need I say more. DONT COME HERE
