MW Cleaners

Excellent service every time. Highly recommend this dry cleaners. The only ones we ever used since moving here this past summer. Couldn’t be more pleased. Use their coupons to help cut down the cost of dry cleaning. Always earlier or right on time when they tell me it’ll be ready for pick up. Extremely pleased.

Alterations top notch!
I don’t have much dry cleaning to do, so have only used them occasionally with fine results. However I have had the need for hemming, top stiching, seams taken in on jeans, etc. They have a seamstress that works right in the front area to whom I showed what I needed done. She did a perfect job and the cost was very reasonable. Very much worth it as compared to me trying to do myself.

Service is good. I have them pick up and deliver. They do a good job on the shirts.
Here is the negative: they tout this «Never buy another shirt.» It sounds good. And after 20 times being laundered, they did send me a coupon for a «free shirt» at Men’s Wearhouse. It’s clear that the coupon is a $ 50 value, but what they don’t say is that the coupon does not apply to any shirt in Men’s Wearhouse «every day low price» category — the only shirt available for $ 50 or less. So, this is a classic bait and switch. Nowhere in the ad or on the coupon is this restriction indicated. Your «free» shirt will cost you about $ 30 or more. Very disappointing. The ad is just dishonest. I wouldn’t mind if the ad just said that you would get $ 50 toward any purchase, but it goes beyond that. Following is the hype directly from the MW Cleaners website as of 4÷16÷14. See if you see any restriction regarding «regularly priced shirts only.» Also, note that the voucher is for a «FREE» shirt.

To qualify, you must have your shirt laundered with MW Cleaners 20 times. Once a shirt qualifies you will receive an email voucher (current email required to participate), for a FREE Shirt from The Men’s Wearhouse, by the 10^th day of the following month. If you currently have multiple shirts that have been laundered 20 times or more, you will receive only one voucher at the beginning of the program.
