Very poor customer service! 8 to 10 people in line waiting for one cashier. Asked Manager Didn’t care just like when she walked bye line twice. If you need craft supplies or buttons with good customer service shop elsewhere! If you like poor customer service and managers who don’t care this is the store for you!!! Customer service is a priority of mine and won’t be back.

I went in with a list of things I needed and I didn’t know where to start. I looked for an employee and found a guy stocking the shelves and asked him. He was very nice and told he wasn’t sure but he went and found someone to help me. Sarah was awesome. She walked around and helped me find everything on my list. I will for sure go back and shop at this location.

Same as all michaels. Te only thing I hate about this place is the location right off the interstate — the few times I’ve made it here there was a lot of traffic and it was super annoying. The store itself is nice and has a good selection though.

I swear this craft store violates all ADA regulations with regards to their lack of space between isles, displays, stacks of merchandise. Which let me just admit that is one way to get me thoroughly annoyed while shopping. Nothing like being a human Tetris piece, do I fit, do me and the other patron fit? They have already miniaturized their shopping carts. I know I’m tall but I shouldn’t be hunched over just to push the cart, I guess I could use my hips? It’s always hit and miss service when shopping at Michaels. I’ll have stellar service on the floor and on checkout I might as well not bother. I’m not a Black Friday fan, and I’ll usually wait a day or two in hopes the workers tarnished by the battering of the shopping frenzy have regained themselves and the thought of destroying every shopping patron has somewhat dissipated. But, I guess I didn’t wait long enough. With Michaels generally you can just use coupons off your smart phone, so I didn’t even think to cut out the coupon in their paper advertisement. But upon checkout I asked if I needed to, holy hell I should have not even asked. Because I was greeted with a snide Yes, pair of scissors, and the remark of I have to take it from you. Now call me perplexed but how are you«taking» all the smart phone coupons? Granted I would have loved to start this discussion but the sheer fact of «we are getting in trouble for not taking them from customers,» my bullshit meter was already running and I don’t do well after that point. So I kindly cut it out stated, it expired in an hour and I wouldn’t be back to use it a second time(granted I could pull it up on my smartphone all the same), and handed it over. Oh, holiday shopping how I loathe the bitter taste you place in workers mouths. Look I did my retail hell, wore the shoes, heard the complaints, it sucks! But literally, you signed up for it, as I did for two holidays in a row, sometimes being nice hurts but can make your day a HELL of a lot better!

This store is great. They have tons of arts and crafts supplies, pretty much everything you could imagine. There is always lots of holiday decorations and accessories. Big selection of decorative flowers and the like. Michael’s has a big selection of picture frames and supplies and they even build custom frames to order. They had a wide assortment of different Halloween decorations there when I visited. If you are in to arts and crafts you will be very happy here.

Its a craft store with lots of stuff in it. They have stuff for cakes and class on how to do different crafts. Check is slow usually only one person.
