Just came to the drive thru, my maps said the place closes at 12AM on Saturdays & it’s 11:18PM. He told me they were closed. Yay. Just drove all the way out here for no reason :) I asked him if he knew any other places close by, and he rudely repeated they were closed. Thanks!!!

I’m not a McDonalds fan anyway but in a pinch I will go for fast consistent food. If I wanted to wait for 15 minutes for food I would go to a quality burger joint. Went through the drive-thru today and spent more than 15 minutes waiting for our food. Seriously? How do you call yourself a fast food restaurant? It’s not like you are taking time to put love into the food. What a joke!

I am in the area with kids often so I go there many times. I HATETHISRESTAURANT. Yes, that bad. Let me tell you why — 1. DIRTY — always dirty in dining area and kids-play area. I doubt the kitchen would be clean. 2. If ordering from the counter, you get wrong orders way too often. 3. If ordering from drive-thru, you are in luck. These people are way smarter and brighter. 4. SLOW — Super slow if you order in the restaurant. 2 days ago the drive-thru line was too long so I went in to order. It took me 18 minutes before I walked out of the door. The car in the car line in front of me was long gone. Food was sitting there and no one cared to give to me. All 4 employees were slow-walking and hanging out around the fryer for no reason. I got really mad. 5. They seem have different policy here. I can’t exchange certain food item with the other one. I do that a lot in the other McDonald’s location. It’s okay to have different policy but every employee says differently. That’s very confusing. 6. Employees behind the counter look like lack of sleep or taking too much of something. They are weird. Too many negative experience in this location. I don’t go there if it’s not necessary. STAYAWAY!!! There is a Wendy’s next door. Run to that one!

I remember when this location went up and it was supposed to be a fancy, $ 1 million McD’s with an indoor playground. My advice is to skip it. We got there at 8:30, hoping to let the kids burn off some steam in the playground. They had a mop and bucket blocking off the playground, and despite the sign saying that the playground closes at 9:00, we asked if it was still open at 8:30 and were told that it was not, because they were sanitizing it. Nobody was cleaning the playground, by the way. The staff was really loud and unprofessional. The«ring leader» shouted out to the team they they forgot to give a drive thru order some of their food and everyone laughed. A worker’s girlfriend came in during her shift and they were making out when we walked in at 8:30 and we literally had to squeeze past them to get to the counter. As we walked out at 9:00, they were, again, making out in the same place. We had to wait a bit for food, which was okay, but when our food was ready, the worker snapped his fingers at me to pick up the food like he was beckoning his dog. What appeared to be one of their co-workers who was off duty just came in to loudly hangout and then they proceeded to smoke right in front of the door so all the customers got to breathe their second hand smoke cloud. Then, if that wasn’t enough, some worker asked the«ring leader» for some help and he screamed that he didn’t want to miss the break he was about to take. Break from what?! I know this seems like I know way too many details about what was going on, but that just demonstrates how absurdly loud and obnoxious the staff were.

Get out of your car and go in, and you will likely never return. Outdated, depressing, and dirty-dirty-dirty. If corporate McDonald’s thinks getting their menu right is their problem, they need to visit locations like this. A prime location in a prosperous area, and totally neglected.

Never open at 5 am like their hours say. When U go thru drive thru instead of real voice it’s a deformed voice and needs changed. If they want my business they need to be open at the times listed. It is false advertising and bad business don’t eat here

The food is what you expect, but the place is dirty. The staff seems to try, but why not get in the play place and clean it? Even if the rest of the place is fine, the Playland is greasy, grimy, stick, no hand sanitizer, etc In a nice part of the woodlands it shouldn’t be acceptable!

I hardly stop in, usually for a shake which isn’t bad. They managed to give me soggy, cold fries. When I asked them to replace the they tried to put more old fries on top… really ! I had to ask them to make me some fresh fries. Just don’t do it.1

Gagh, I avoid this place. It’s an older location, and it just has a weird druggie hangout vibe to me. I could be totally off, but the area and style of this McDonald’s just seems off. It’s ok in general, but I don’t like the inside, if I must have McDonald’s and I must have it from this place, I go drive through. Me and a friend were given free old food a while back late at night. It was like they made a handful of random items on the off chance someone would order them, and then never did, so they were like… «Want this stuff???» We felt like kids on Christmas!

Stopped in today to snag a totally free McCafe hot chocolate and cappuccino before the coupons I had expired today. The hot chocolate was mediocre, tasting somewhat watery, even with whole milk and whipped cream on the top. The cappuccino wasn’t bad though way too sweet and you do not get the choice of an unsweetened so you can sweeten it yourself option. There’s a whole special area of the store away from all the other food where the coffees are prepared. The interiour is fairly swanky, like real art on the walls, and very clean! My son was amazed at the drinks robot they have; at this location at the drive thru window the cups are on an automated rotating dispenser and a robotic arm snatches the right size based upon order input then dispenses drinks automatically then spins them down a small oval conveyor to the employee working the drive thru. It really was pretty cool! I’ve only had food from here a few times and it’s good for a McDonald’s. I’ve never had anything arrive cold that was supposed to be hot and never had to correct an order. The Playplace was clean and the whole area tidy — and for the very first time in his life my child mustered the courage to finally climb up into one of them and play and slide! This location will be significant for that for a very long time if nothing else at all.
