I would never in a million years use this woman as an agent. She is incredibly obnoxious and has no people skills. It was my misfortune to have contact with her when I was selling my house. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met. This is not a characteristic you want in a buyers agent during a period of Sellers market. It is a good thing her clients didn’t make an offer on my house, because I would have given them no concessions after the way she treated me, the seller. Furthermore, she lied in the feedback comments saying that I «harassed» her clients with questions. What actually occurred was her clients started asking me questions about the local schools and she got annoyed because they spoke to me directly (her body language gave it away). I was also told by other agents that they avoid showing homes on which she is the listing agent because she is so difficult. The biggest irony was that a few weeks later, when my house was under contract, I got not one, but two letters from her office asking to list my house?! I guess she is rude to so many people, that she can’t keep track. I was in Grad school while my house was showing so was online doing homework many times when potential buyers came and All the other agents who showed my house were nice and understanding. She seemed to take it personally that I was present in my own house. My advice, pick another agent. Her demeanor will do nothing to make a stressful process easier and may cost you money.
