I will never go back here again. It took 2 hours for them to cut my fabric. One girl there to cut fabric 3 other standing there talking. One was on her phone. I had one very friendly cashier. Everyone else looked at you like go home, I don’t want to work.

Worst customer services. Very rude and unfriendly mangers. Unreasonable and treat customers with bias and stubborn mind. They are still in 1960′ and have no idea what the world is becoming.

I’ve been to this location twice. Once in the evening and once mid-​day. Lines are long and extremely slow. They only have one or two cashiers and they aren’t very friendly. While I was looking for items I asked an associate for help and she wasn’t very helpful, she wasn’t familiar with the store and didn’t know where to direct me, she didn’t offer to get someone to help me out just simply walked away.
Don’t believe their sign above the registers that’s says they «will return any item with a receipt within 90 days.» They will not return clearance items even though their sign says any item. Don’t even bother getting a manager. They will call for one but they move slower than the lines and take even longer to get to you.
Overall bad experience from beginning to end. Be prepared to take a person that is willing to wait in line while you shop so you don’t have to make a 45 minute trip for three items.

Obviously Jo-Ann’s is my one-​stop-​shop for all craft necessities. Because this is one of the only ones, other than Conroe, it’s always pretty busy in here. There’s often time a wait in line, but for the deals you’re getting it’s worth it.
This location is huge, and they have a great selection on most craft items you need. The fabric selection is ginormous, and they ALWAYS have sales. Make sure to always check their website for coupons — I think 95% of the stuff I buy here has a sale going on.
Staff seems really knowledgeable about products, and they’re always very friendly. They will gladly help with what you need and even give some recommendations/​advice. Busiest part of the store is definitely the fabric area. Most of the times I’ve been, especially weekends, there is a pretty hefty line for fabric cutting. During weekends and holidays, the check out line is also pretty busy. They seem to knock it out quick though.

This is my first time in a fabric store let alone I do not know anything about fabric or how things look like. I came here because my wife needed 2 yard of a fabric that she has been searching for. I didn’t know where I should start so I asked one of the customer service staff and told them my dilemma. She basically showed me all of the stuff I needed and placed it in my basket. She made my shopping experience in this store pleasant. When I got home, my wife was a bit worried but she saw that I did a good job. I’m pleased on how my transaction with this store went smoothly.
