PARKING IS A HUGE PROBLEM HERE. If you work second shift or have/​want to leave for any reason after 9pm… there is NO PARKING.
Residents vehicles are towed often enough to warrant IMT clearing additional parking space. I have been forced numerous times to park offsite. There is nothing the mgmt can/​will do about it except apologize for the inconvenience and tell you it’s been an ongoing problem. In the end, if you don’t care about walking a half mile to your apt… in the dark… Then I say good luck.
As you can see by their response. Park in the «Community area» consists of 5 parking spaces that are usually full. OR you can rent a small garage for $ 100/​mon.

I lived in this community for almost 2 years and I only have the best things to say about this complex. When I ever needed anything, the staff was quick to respond and very friendly. I lived with my puppy and he had plenty of space to exercise. The grounds were always clean and neat. Also a big bonus for me was the location. I had easy access to anything going on in The Woodlands and with interstate I45 within minutes, I could get to downtown Houston in 30 min. I would recommend Woodland Meadows to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment.
