Steer clear folks — before you involve yourself (as a victim) in a massive Ponzi scheme. $ 10 dollars a month with no commitment they said… they will not tell you that:
1.) You cannot cancel, and forever will be billed $ 10 plus the annual $ 139 — months after «cancelling» on their system (due to computer software issues).
2.) Gym is operated and promoted by incompetent individuals who specialize in not health or fitness, but how to take your money (starting up top with their district V.P. /​Manager).
Save yourself the agony and avoid this company at all cost. The monthly $ 10 is not worth the trouble you will endure dealing with this company on a daily basis for what seems like eternity.

We love our Gym. Child care is great. Personal trainers are also super nice. Perry taught me some great full body moves and really listened to what I wanted. The music is very loud in sauna as someone else said and customer service to cancel our PT was a PITA! Overall we are very happy. The FREE child care is what topped the cake and has us driving 20 minutes in rush hour to work out.

Gym was great but attempting to cancel the membership is hell. I had to leave the area for University and they keep trying to bill me. I’ve emailed them, called them, showed up to the gym, and even sent a certified letter explaining why I need to cancel this so called «month to month» membership. They have threatened to send this to collections, I rather pay more in court fees then get ripped off by this company. I won’t let them bull dog me.

Nice equipment and pretty clean overall. Having tv’s with audio outlets that aren’t set up is mediocre. Not a great atmosphere and $ 10 a month with basketball court bringing in a bunch of kids that should be at home cleaning their rooms.

This gym is a joke, they have 2 rooms that they keep locked with weights and equipment that they don’t provide in the main area of the gym, nor will they let you use it. Equipment that every gym should have available to all customers. Won’t be back!

I used to use the Pasadena location when I lived on that side of town and it was filthy. Just moved here and love this location. Very clean and even when it looks packed there are plenty of machines available. Wish it had racquetball but it’s still very nice.

but very bad customer service, I really don’t like to hurt nobody but they have really bad customer services they treat the clients bad! They all childish who think they know everything I’m sorry.

Overall, I like the place. The only downside I see is that the music in the dry sauna is way too loud. Maybe I am just showing my age, but when I’m in the sauna, I like to sit back and relax — but the music is so loud that I can barely hear myself think, let alone relax.
The next issue I have is that they will not allow my to use the Key Ring app to show my membership info when I check in each visit, I HAVE to have the key ring tag on my key chain. I do not carry tags on my key chain because they take up too much room, that is why I have the app. I asked about it and the lady at the desk said the district manager won’t allow it because I could use some else’s phone to check in… well, they don’t have a picture on file, so couldn’t I use someone else’s key tag??? Makes no sense to me.

WOW! for $ 10 a month! I am there, but what is the catch??? ($ 59 yearly fee, which I am OK with)
So I then found out that this gym is pretty new near my neighborhood, great location, great area, and price. The staff is pretty friendly, the courtesy child care is everything that a parent needs, all the child care workers are sweet and patient with the children.
Their women’s only gym section has a wide variety of machines where I wouldn’t have to fight or wait on someone. The variation of the room includes multiple treadmills, ellipticals, legs, shoulders, and back machines as well as an easy entrance to the women’s locker room.
I have been coming to this facility and the Spring one too for the last month but this one definitely tops the other one.

This gym is absolutely outstanding! The service when you walk in is very pleasant. Sign up was a breeze and such a great value at only $ 10 a month. Lots of people go to this gym but there is so much equipment that it’s not a problem. The locker rooms are very clean and I would recommend this gym to everyone!

I have been there a a few times. Once to sign myself up. Again to sign up my sister. Then we had a free session with a trainer. Each visit was a good experience. The session with the trainer was fun and left my sister and I sore for daysssss. It felt good. They worked with us to make a package that worked for us and I really appreciated them for that.

I just signed up today, the registration went really well, they were knowledgeable and friendly and I cannot wait to get started and see the ladies only area and the media area and check out the free babysitting. They open on April first so I will give a new review once I go in and get working! Prices are waaay better than la fitness with more amenities.
