What a hidden gem! Food is delicious, and the best part is that you can bring your own wine to drink! Definitely coming back for more! Yummy!

Euro Bakery and Café is never a disappointment. The bakery is downright incredible and always fresh and inviting as I walk in the door. The selection of baked goods is really large, many locals get their pies, holiday cookies and treats here on a regular basis. The restaurant has really great Greek food. The selection is not huge, but it’s always very good. I’m happy we have a family-run restaurant in our area that is such a delight. The folks inside are always friendly and eager to help. It’s a gem on Louetta for sure! They don’t advertise because they don’t have to. Euro Bakery and Café are an asset to our community!

I can easily say this is the best bakery in spring! I can’t complain about much, I could probably survive on their rainbow and shortbread cookie alone. For such a simple cookie, the shortbread is buttery and flaky to perfection. Their cannoli’s are always crispy and the filling never too sweet. This place is my guilty pleasure. I used to go to Rao’s but I honestly, can’t remember the last time I was there since I discovered this place. I do wish they would have a better selections of coffee/espresso. But this place’s focus is the pastries and they are perfection.

I cannot even begin to express how pleased we were with our visit here today!!! My son is 30 and has Downs Syndrome and did his best to convince me to take him for a hamburger. We instead came here. He & I both LOVED the lemony chicken soup, souvlaki chicken & spinach pita!!! I head non stop«mmmm’s» and«I like this». The food was amazing! That’s actually not the best part… the owner waited on us and really hit it off with my son. Made us feel Soooo welcomed and cared for. He even comp’d our meal because he has such a HUGE heart! A HUGE thank you to Anjad Khan and his family who run this café. We will be back!

I can’t begin to give you all the reasons you have to stop and eat here. From the quality to the service to the atmosphere and the friendly attitudes and in particular the family that runs such a great establishment. We need more of these places. Outstanding!

I’ve been eating here for a few years and have always had delicious food and friendly service. I love the authentic, family-run atmosphere. Prices are pretty reasonable considering the quality of food you’re getting. Over the years, they have added more and more tables because I guess word is getting out about how great their food is! They make the best tomato soup here… must try! The gyro is very flavorful and it’s served with seasoned pita chips and extra tzatziki sauce. They also have an array of pastries, cookies and cakes. It is hard to resist trying something once you see everything! We have even ordered cakes for birthday parties. If you like fresh, homemade food paired with personable service, you will enjoy Euro Bakery & Café.

Came in to have lunch. Ordered the gyro pita. The flavor was good and the pita was fresh. Nice place with a good atmosphere. Reason for the 2 star review is because I ordered a slice of cake to go. When I got home I tasted a small piece and the cake was very rancid. The entire piece smelled like soured/rotten milk. I went back to return it, and the lady working said the door to the refrigerated display case was left open over night. She told me they went through to make sure the cakes were bad but must have«overlooked» this piece. The place is nice, the food isn’t bad, the service was great, but I do not want to buy spoiled food and have to return it.(They did refund my purchase and offer another piece of cake but I declined)

This was a solid restaurant – The tzatziki was good, as was the hummus. tzatziki sauce The dolmas had a pleasant amount of lemon juice and were well-cooked. We also ordered dessert – I tried the Greek custard pie, which was not what I had hoped it would be. The combination of custard and honey in phyllo dough didn’t execute as such. Instead, I got a a slice of pie drowning in a sauce full of sugar water. Within the pie itself, the custard was a bit too firm/over-cooked and not evenly spread between the layers. Maybe I just had a bad experience. I got a chocolate-filled croissant and a cannoli to go – the cannoli which was made to order, was very good – the cream was not too sweet and the cinnamon was a good complement. The ‘chocolate-filled croissant’ turned out to be just a warm chocolate croissant sandwich. The chocolate ganache was good, but definitely not a fan of the croissant itself, which did not taste particularly outstanding or different from anything store-bought – dry and flavorless. I’m guessing their strengths are in the choco-centric desserts. Also – service was below par. After getting our water initially, it was never checked again, and my friend had to gesture repeatedly before getting our cups filled. Perhaps they were just understaffed – it seemed like there was just the owner and a new-ish staff member waiting the tables when we went for lunch. Overall, not bad; I’d like to give them another try sometime.

This place is a gem. Shoutout to my friend Zoe for bringing me here. The food here is light, fresh and filling. I got the spinach and cheese pita panini and split hummus and pita chips and a frozen chocolate with Zoe. She got the Greek salad. After failing to parallel park multiple times, this was exactly the kind of nutritious food I needed to calm me down. The panini was amazing for something so simple. The tomatoes, feta and spinach worked wonderfully with the wholewheat pita bread. The hummus was on-point – flavorful, a little salty and great texture and I’m a hummus snob so this is saying a lot. But I think the hot pita chips really drove the meal home. They were perfectly salted and crunchy. Also I liked that they were small enough that you could pop the whole thing in your mouth. We ended the meal with frozen chocolate which was the best decision ever. The drink had chocolate chunks and had that rich chocolate taste that consumes you. You know the chocolate is top quality when it’s not overbearingly sweet and retains the deep cocoa taste. Also, fabulous service. The manager was actually very familiar with Zoe and her family so he even stopped by for a chat. I really enjoyed the personal feel. A+ décor. The interior was a soft orange color with beautiful oil paintings and high tables and chairs. All in all, a perfect meal.

A foodie heaven hiding in a not so nice strip mall! To my surprise the bakery /restaurant has a nice seating arrangement inside — perfect for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious. I never thought I would review chips but those pita chips are some of the best I have had! Well seasoned and oh so crispy! The hummus was very fresh! I enjoyed a Greek salad which comes with fresh made feta cheese. We all enjoyed our entrees — moussaka, chicken panini, and Greek salad with gyro meat. For dessert the baklava is a MUST! .and I’m usually not a baklava person. Overall, great food, service, and very reasonable prices! Lots of parking.

This place was unexpected, truly a gem. We were in the area and this was near by. I’m a stuffed! Happy but stuffed. It’s a family owned business with great customer service. They have many loyal frequent customers, many of which they are on a first name bases. It was welcoming. We had the hummus as an appetizer, it was great. They recommended the lemony chicken soup wince I had a cold… It was fantastic. By the time we left my congestion was gone and I was able to breath through both nostrils. My main dish was the chicken pita panini. It was delicious and to finish it off we stuffed our faces with a fudge brownie that was amazing! We will be back.

My wife, son, and I dined at Euro Bakery this past Friday night. We started out with the Dolmades which are the stuffed grape leaves. The plate came with six in total, which worked out great because my wife and I split with each three(our son took a bite of one, but didn’t care for it). On the other hand, my wife and I devoured them. They were delicious! They came with a Greek yogurt dipping sauce which added to the flavor. For our entrees, my wife had the Greek lemony chicken soup, and I had the chicken pita panini. I did not get to sample the soup but my wife said it was very good. My panini was fantastic! The pita bread has a slight crunch to it and was«toasted» to just the right texture and temperature. The sandwich came with plenty of chicken, which were good sized chunks, and lettuce and cheese. Each bite was very flavorful and welcomed. We finished with dessert and baklava and rugellach(«roug-ala»). The Rugellach contained apricot and some type of nuts and was quite tasty. The service was really good and our waitress was very personable and welcoming. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a place worth visiting and returning, we will be back!

Found this place on Unilocal, looking for desserts last night. Was so blown away by their baklava, and, well, *every* *thing*, that we had to come back for dinner tonight. Very delicious hummus! And, wow, I was impressed by the pita chips! That’s usually just a shovel for the hummus, but these were delicious in their own right. Their gyro wasn’t as rich as I usually like, but very tasty and balanced. Fresh, crisp vegetables. Tzatziki was also a bit mild, but again, very fresh and balanced in flavor. My companions got chicken gyros and I tried a bit of chicken. This chicken was just amazingly good! I must just get that from now on. I also tried a bite of another’s salad, and the dressing was wonderful! It just *had* to be home-made dressing. Slightly sweet, a bit of tang, and perfectly oily. My greek coffee was astounding! I love it super hot and super thick. And, maybe this shows my lack of experience, but I’ve never been asked how sweet I want a greek coffee. It always just comes out *sweet*! Here I got a choice. That’s pretty cool. Seems to be a family-owned place, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. We even got some table-side entertainment from a young man’s card tricks. Now, my only real complaint. It was hot in there. Granted, I run hot, so, probably will be comfy for a large portion of people.

Went a tad bit before close to have an Iftar meal and the staff was very courteous. Their waiter, Alif, courteously established a place for us to pray Maghrib and did not rush us to leave at any time which allowed us to eat and enjoy comfortably almost an hour after closing time. Made the trip up to the area from Pearland, and would plan to come the distance again. Food was superb, the hummus and pita chips weren’t anything near standard. The exotic chicken souvlaki was cooked just right — the meat was tender and the rice was tasteful. To top it off the Greek coffee really hit the spot. The owner and kin of owner also came around to assure we were enjoying ourselves. Thanks much, looking forward to dropping in again.

I got the Chocolate Decadence from Euro Bakery and Café. He loved it! His words after tasting just the frosting, «that is amazing.» His words after tasting the cake, «you can tell they take great pride in making this cake.» Thank you so much. My dad had a great 55th birthday!

Brilliant food. My first time(of many to come) here, and I am already in love. The breakfast croissant is fantastic, buttery, crispy and delicious. The egg and spinach filling is done to perfection, making me feel a guilty pleasure about paying only $ 6 for it. There is something to be said about a Greek restaurant that knows about value and atmosphere. Also, the music is amazing, not loud, but just great quality speakers. This place was well thought. 10 out of 10.

I’m so pleased I found this place! Armed with a relaxing interior and superior service, Euro Bakery & Café serves awesome Greek food in the midst of Spring. I grabbed an early Sunday lunch with my boyfriend and the two of us were madly impressed with the gyro sandwich. We both ordered our sandwiches with«double the meat» for an extra $ 3.00 and found the additional cost to be worth it. The gyro meat at Euro is SO flavorful. You’ll want double the meat! The gyros here are a little different than the average gyro you would find at another Greek restaurant. Rather than greasy chunks of gyro meat, Euro carves their gyro meat very thin. The meat leaves no oily residue on your fingers either(I know this because i pulled a piece of meat out of the sandwich in order to «test» how greasy it was). The sandwich’s pita is also thin and more similar to a wrap than the usual thick and fluffy pita. I honestly didn’t miss the bread though. It left more room in my belly for the good stuff: the meat. Great hummus as well! This will be my new go-to gyro spot. **Note: My boyfriend and I were put off by tiny flies buzzing around our food. I gave Euro Bakery & Café the benefit of the doubt and didn’t let the flies impact the 5 star rating I gave them. If I notice flies again upon my next visit, I will change my rating from 5 to 3 stars despite how awesome the food and service is. Flies are unacceptable.
