Omg, these people are awful. Came in here on a Friday evening, literally no else here. Took forever to buy a new phone. Ok, bought the phone and assumed that the lady helping us would transfer all of the contacts /data(with the machine that all the other stores have?). Nope, she just gives us the phone without any mention of it. so, I asked if she could do that, she looks at me w/a puzzled look, and goes to get someone. This«someone» comes out of the back acting like the«mean IT guy». you know the type? Irritated that someone bothered them to do their job… Anyway, long story short, super rude«IT guy» type and the confused lady couldn’t transfer our info to the new phone b/c the machine froze or broke or whatever… and we had to do it ourselves at home. Here’s my point, if we were older people who didn’t know how to do this(like my parents), what would happen then? Exactly! These people clearly do not know or care about customer service… and then(!) as we are walking out(after over an hour), the lady asks if we could give a good review b/c that’s how they get paid… ummm, seriously??? I think not…

I go to this place location only because it’s right next to my dry cleaners. Their service is good. But I am now starting to realize I dislike AT&T. The only thing they have really is the fast LTE internet, but other than that nothing much. Might switch soon. Not because of bad service, just the things they offer aren’t that great.

Great service. Ask for Jared. Went in to sign up for Uverse cable and internet for my new apartment and he hooked me up with a great deal.

Hard to believe this location has never been reviewed. Love it, with my apologies to Todd Rundgren: «Hello, it’s me.» Oh, I’ve been to this AT&T Authorized retailer just a few times. They know me; they know my husband. Seems that we’ve been in this area for so long that our former students are now helping us. Alex and Christian couldn’t be better. And it’s not just US — they treat any customer coming into the store with the same helpful attitude that we are afforded. I’ve seen it on multiple occasions. Class act, guys. Keep it coming. «I’ve thought about us for a long, long time.» I’ve been an AT&T wireless customer since back in the day when it was Houston Cellular and then something in-between. Motto: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Some may not like the whole experience, but through the myriad of experiences I’ve had with wireless phones and phone services(teenagers, broken phones, exceeding plan packages, stolen phones, replacement of phones), I have always been handled with care, concern and felt relieved and happy once the particular situation was resolved. «There’s something here that doesn’t last too long, maybe I shouldn’t think of you as mine.» Damn! We need new phones! Our phones are old! «Seeing you, or seeing anything as much as I do you. I take for granted that you’re always there.» Got a deal for me? Surely you do! Bring it on! I know you always have in the past. Please… «Think of me…» Score! Trade in my old phone, get a rebate on it and get a brand new phone for half price? Done! «I’ll come around to see you once in a while, or if I ever need a reason to smile» You guys did us up! One day we come in to trade in both of our old iPhone 3Gs models for iPhone 5 models. Hubby wants the black — smile! In stock and he’s set up in no time. I want the white — drat — they don’t have it. «It’s important to me.» Christian calls me the next day: got the white one in the store and he’s put my name on it. Walk in and he’s ready to roll. Gets me set up and out I go. «Think of me…» Yes, these guys did think of me. And they’ve been thinking of me along with a whole lot of other people for a lot of years. Great show. Encore!
