Omg. the catfish was amazing. I am picky about my fish. Perfect. Had the cheese grits. I have only had grits with butter and sugar. Had these, a meal within it self. The staff was friendly. Love this place. They do not serve alcohol but byob!

This place occupies the old Cici’s pizza. While the overall layout is still the same, it has been gutted, cleaned out, and modernized. The place looks nice. When I entered, the Quiet Storm music caught me by surprise, but it was pleasant and set the mood for the good food to come. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Ambiance: check

I placed an order for a combination meal to go. I ordered the catfish and for jumbo shrimp. Upon order, The cashier told me it would not take a very long time. He was correct. The food was out pretty quick.
I live about five minutes from the restaurant. When I arrived home, the food was still hot and fresh. The batter was a little thick for me, but everyone has different likes — so I won’t ding them on stars. The cheese grits I ordered were awesome! They were hot, had plenty of cheese, and small pieces of sausage. They were very flavorful. Food: check

Some coworkers of mine brought Catfish Station to lunch and I decided after seeing the decadent dishes that I HAD to try this place out. That night, I took my husband to dinner here. The front desk worker was so very kind and helpful. We ordered and sat down to wait for our food. We both ordered fried food and the seafood batter was the best Id ever had.
I have two stars for two reasons: ambiance and pricing. I do realize ambiance is opinion based, but still feel like I should mention it. The colors inside seemed off and the décor inside threw me off. The prices seemed a little steep for an order and sit type of place.
If you’re looking for a casual seafood place with good food, this restaurant is for you!

I tried the 3 piece chicken tenders, fries, and red beans and rice. The fries were well seasoned. The chicken tenders were good. The red beans and rice were okay. The food took ten minutes or more to be done. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Catfish Station has easily become my go to seafood place. I always got with the Catfish and Shrimp snack basket for $ 6.99 and a side of cheese grits. The catfish is always nice and hot with a great crisp to it, and the shrimp is just as delicious. The assortment of tartar, cocktail, and remoulade sauce always make it a match made in heaven. As for the cheese grits, they are on a whole other level of deliciousness. I have friends who get this and they don’t even particularly enjoy grits. But these cheese grits change everything. They make their cheese grits in a creole way with seasoning and some chunks of sausage. Then when the cheese melts into it and the thing practically changes.
All this talk about their great food made me forget that the entire staff that works there. They are some of the friendliest people that you will meet at any establishment. This place is just great all around! Can’t wait to go there again!

The service was excellent, and the food was just right. I had the combination platter with fish and shrimp. Its not overly seasoned like most places 83^rd just right, and I received a complimentary shrimp and grits which was the best I ever had. this place is a must go

My family of 7 loved it. Large portions, quality food. We had the fried catfish, dirty rice and red beans and rice and loved it all. Even the kids’ mac and cheese was quality, much more ‘real’ than most kids’ meal sides. We’ll be back to check out the rest of the menu, but we loved our first trip!

This is my favorite catfish place thus far! It reminds me of back home in Louisiana. The food is delicious and quick. It’s a little pricey for the type of food but it’s good. I’ve had the shrimp tacos, fish tacos and catfish so far. I can’t wait to go back and try additional foods

First time there. Fries were cold. Got fish and shrimp combo. Fish was hot but no season on it. Shrimps was season. To get season you have to eat there house tartar sauce with meal. Like they just batter it Quick to get meal.

Unbelievable catfish!!! I normally don’t eat catfish, but this was crazy good and fresh!!! Gumbo was off the hook! Oh and their homemade bacon Caesar dressing was outstanding! We will definitely be back.

First time here and many more to come. The staff was very nice and so was the owner/​manager, so that’s always great.
I ordered the combination basket which includes 4 hand-​battered catfish, 2 hushpuppies, 4 jumbo fried shrimp, and a side (dirty rice) and that was alright. The food was great and you definitely get your moneys worth. I was stuffed by the time I left. Also, the music selection was great! Kinda gave off that NOLA/​southern vibe.
PS: I also read that it is also BYOB!

First time coming here, staff was super friendly and helpful in going over the menu. A bit overwhelming at first, as there are so many different options.
Shrimp, catfish, crawfish, and all kinds of sides. Fried were good. Red beans and rice was great. Shrimp po’boy was delicious and the bread was phenomenal. 3 types of dipping sauces plus ketchup and hot sauce.
Not very crowded when we went in around 3 which was nice. Quick service and the runner read me back my order perfectly. Great music playing and a handful of TVs.
Overall I really enjoyed the experience. Will definitely come back soon

We ordered a po-​boy 8.99
And shrimp e touffe 13.99 /​a side of Mac and cheese + 2 drinks 1.99 each.
Well the cashier was more concerned on the music (little speaker on the ride light side) that our order, she fail to mention that I could get a po-​boy combo for $ 2.59 more with drink and fries, wife never got the Mac and cheese btw, drinks were stale, shrimp e touffe not so good served cold ???, po boy was good but no fries and stale drink this place is so so. The buss boy that was serving was nice. He tries

Never bee to this restaurant before, but first visit and the fried catfish was greasy greasy greasy, had extra thick batter, and thin catfish. Not what I had expected. Poor quality food. But the batter at least was a bit tasty. For the price, its not worth it. Better off going to other seafood (fast food or not) restaurants in the Spring area. We picked up our food so I’m not sure how the service is. Quite frankly, the place didn’t appear all that clean for a new restaurant.

Best fried shrimp ever! Also had catfish and it was excellent, then topped off with WOW banana pudding!!!

Saw these guys in the Chronicle yesterday. Checked Unilocal,5 stars. We live in La Porte but were near Spring today, so we stopped in for a late lunch. It was great! We had fried catfish and shrimp, fries and coleslaw. All great. The shrimp were better than most places we’ve eaten, and we live really close to Kemah! The manager was super nice. We will definitely make the trip back to eat here. Try it, you will like it!

I’ve visited the other locations. Glad to see this location because it’s closer to my house. Food is excellent with an extended menu compared to the other locations. Seafood is consistently fresh! Staff is great. You will not be disappointed.

The food, staff and atmosphere was amazing. I was very impressed. This is by far one of my the BEST RESTAURANTS that mimics the Creole cooking of New Orleans. As you walk in, the staff are greeting you immediately. The food was freshly cooked to order and presentation was beautiful. The prices are family friendly. The whole family would enjoy. Try it for yourself. I promise you will enjoy.
