Awesome haircuts by a great stylist at a good price. I always walk out feeling and looking like a million bucks. I definitely recommend her!

I have had the worst experience with Stephanie! My very first appt. with her was terrible. I discussed with her over the phone that I wanted full highlites and a cut. I also told her my hair was long and thick. I also told her I needed to walk out and be finished by 2:00 pm. Which gave her an hour and a half. So on my very first appt. as she was doing the highlites. One of her clients walked in and needed a highlight redo. I guess it was one of her prior client’s. Anyway after about 15 min. Stephanie tells me to get up from her chair and let my hair process in a different chair. Then she starts on her other client that needed a hairlights redo also. Stephanie knowing I needed to leave at 2:00… tells me to hurry and get to the sink to rinse out my hair knowing my hair has mot had enough time to process and(in a hurry). After she is finish rinsing she says I can hurry and cut your hair(@ 1:50 pm) and I said No, I have to leave in 10 minutes. She was going to do a rush job just like she did my highlights. And (still her client sitting in the chair for redo). I looked at my hair in the mirror and noticed that the hairlights didn’t take. And to my inconvenience, she said yes your right but you can come back for a redo and a haircut. I lived 35 minutes away and said okay because I had already paid for the Groupon. I rescheduled, but she made me come back at 7:00 am in the morning at her conveince, not mine. I said I can come anytime, it doesn’t have to be that early. But she said this was the only time she could do my hair. And it’s because, she doesn’t want to waste her precious time on «redos!» So I went back, tried to start conversation with her and she wouldnt even crack a smile! She was rude, unfriendly, and spent a lot of time texting on her cell while doing my hair. I had to waste more gas and another two and a half hours what should of been done correctly the first time. She rents out of a small room, so its just her. If you happen to text her for an appt. she has a very bad habit of not returning your text. And she never answers her cell. She normally waits 2 – 3 weeks to return your text. In between these weeks you have to just bug her to even know if she has anything. She is very, very unprofessional. And she only caters to her well known clients that are big tippers. And this is why my hair was not done done correctly because she allowed one of her clients to interrupt while she was doing my hair. I’m not the only person that says this about her. I’m just the only one taking time to warn others before going to her. Reviews are important because it’s the only way to warn other people about a business. And her excuse for not texting back right away is that«Oh I was sick with allergies or I have a sick baby. Excuses! It only takes seconds to respond to a text. But anyway I’ve paved the road for the new clients because now she will try to make a liar out of me by not doing all of the above. So good luck with her and your hair. Just remember she does like to do redos and if it has to be done she will as you to come in at the crack of dawn. I hate writing reviews! I have better things to do, so this should tell you I’m not exaggerating this review. And this was my exp. Only went those 2 times and won’t go back to her! And yes Stephanie I did write a review :)

Stephanie is Awesome! I changed stylists after getting priced out of the Post Oak salon I went to for 15 years. Stephanie is an experienced, up-to-date stylist. Her cuts last & last… they stay in shape for 2 – 3 months. Prices are really affordable — $ 45 for an expert cut. Inside the Tuscany Salon Center on Louetta… the drive’s worth it!
