Wes and Chris have been stylin my hair for a year now and they always do a Great job and are very Professional! I always recommend them to my friends. Krystal is Awesome too!

Update! Owner (I suppose) responded that they are appointment only, just as I stated even though online it says walkins acceptable.
Owner says the bad smell I perceive is eucalyptus! Now you go from rude to insulting if you think anybody cannot differentiate the smell of eucalyptus from filth. I am very familiar with the pleasant smell of eucalyptus, and that is DEFINITELY NOT what you got going on.
Please quit crying about how hard your poor rude stylists have it. A lot of us work hard, and are on our feet longer than 8 hrs a day and don’t feel the need to whine and cry about it.
Thank you for trying to respond to a legitimate review of your salon with a «compliment» insulting me and insinuating I am an idiot.
Your salon is dirty and smells bad, your stylists are rude, and you are living in denial.

This is an amazing salon. So, this place A.T.G. is upstairs, hallway left, left again. Right. And it’s the door on the right. So, it’s not part of the bottom salons AT ALL.
I don’t know why anyone would type up a bad review about this salon.
Krystal Marie is funny, talented hair stylist.

She took care of my ombré that I loved and went back to my natural color. And she cut my bangs to how they naturally fall.
This place is clean and smells amazing.
If you need the bathroom; just ask the stylist they will help you find it.
They even take an amazing photo for you to share with friends and family or even on your social media. (:

I’ve been coming to Against the Grain for a little over a year now. While the location is out of the loop and definitely out of my regular driving range, I gladly make the trek for my awesome stylist, Kim Haro.
Kim is amazing! She is never afraid to try something new and always has great input and suggestions for ways to change your look. She does fabulous things with color and I would recommend her to anyone. She’s taken me from boring blonde to extensions to a reverse ombré (with lavender ends) and currently to a chic long bob with lived in hair/​roots. I’m always happy with her work and love the attention and care that she takes with her job. You can tell she’s really passionate about what she does and she loves her clients!

A new, innovative salon with some of the most creative and cutting edge stylists you will ever meet! The salon is located upstairs at Tuscany Salons and Spa. It has a cool, contemporary vibe and nice décor.
Six fabulous stylist share the space, but I highly recommend Chris Mackey. I’m totally addicted to Keratin treatments and he is the only one I trust to transform me from frizzy to fabulous!
