For my first time here, I’m pretty torn. The food was fresh and tasty, the fries were hot and crispy and the staff was friendly. I was greeted warmly when I walked in. This is where the pleasantness ends. I went in tow ash my hands and the bathroom was filthy. It looked like it was mopped with a bucket of ear wax, there was s massive turd in the toilet and the paper towels were out. After washing up holding my breath, I dried mug ands on my shorts and ordered. I was served right away and would have enjoyed my fine inexperience a whole lot more if the door weren’t propped penny the staff. It was a cool day and the dining area was like a wind tunnel. Trash was blowing off the tables and it’s freezing. With a little elbow grease and common sense, this could be a pretty decent Wienerschnitzel.

Great customer service is an understatement! I have used their drive thru a few times and each time the workers are happy helpful and quick! They even offered and gave me a cup of water (without ice and I didn’t have to say it!) For my little dog I had in the car! Keep up the great work!

Great food. Some might say fast food in general is bad, but I love this place. The corn dog and Chile Chees Fries are amazing. Price is a little high but with coupons it makes it worth it. This location was not busy when I went. Was clean, and the service was good. The cashier had messed up on my coupons and after I had sat down came and told me he messed up and gave me the correct change back after including the coupons. Very honest guy. For anyone who likes Chile cheese fries, this is the spot.

Got the Chocolate Strawberry Freezee.
Rikki M. was very enthusiastic and friendly cashier. Brings good, positive energy to a joint that was quiet and relatively devoid of customers. Thanks for doing a good job!
The Freezee looks nothing like the window cling that was displayed on their door (with large strawberry and chocolate chunks) but it tasted surprisingly quite good. Reminds me of strawberry Breyer’s ice cream and the chocolate chunks taste exactly like that special magic chocolate fudge that solidifies when you pour it on your ice cream.
I finished this ice cream in two sittings and felt insanely sluggish after. I’m sure I literally drank 1000 Calories and 85% saturated fat. Please. Nobody look it up and confirm. The damage is done.
Can’t believe this cup is a serving. I’d buy it to share but not eating it myself again.

I thought I had previously written a review for this played out ghetto style poor customer service fast food joint. Alas, I guess not. So here goes — quick’n dirty. The service sucks. The place is dirty. The area is ghetto. What’s it got going for them that deserves an extra star? Inconsistency and a dipped cone. Yep. Thanks to their inconsistency in preparing food, sometimes I get a mega-​cone dipped in chocolate while my ice cream eating partner gets a midget cone. And every once in awhile, vice versa. It’s a gamble. But so is the challenge of making it home to your own can after eating here.

The staff at this location is always quick and very friendly. It’s somewhat hard to hear through the speaker, but they never seem to less up your order. The chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries are always on point. Th chili cheese burgers, hit or miss. Prices are not bad for what you get.
If you look online, there are sometimes internet specials they honor ONLY when you mention them. Bonus!
They also usually give a coupon out with your purchase for a free corn dog or something of that caliber.
I love their $ 0.79 ice cream cone!

I go there for lunch every once in a while since its close to my work. I usually order a chili cheese dog and their jalapeño poppers, their poppers are my favorite. Today I was a lil short on cash so I just got the chili dog and skipped the poppers. The manager there is always the one to take care of me and we always joke about my order of the poppers. So he noticed I strayed from my usual order this time. As I was finishing my chili dog the manager brought out an order of poppers and said «here’s you complimentary loyalty order of poppers», we both laughed and I thanked him. I know it wasn’t much but he went above and beyond his duty as manager and got his restaurant a customer for life!

i go here when i’m really sick of eating burgers. for some reason, as simple as their fries are, i really like it here. if i know i have nothing to do the next day, i’ll eat here. i say this because the food does a number on my stomach but at the time it seemed like a good idea. they have good customer service at the drive-​thru too which is important to me.

Second time I’ve been here in my life. Had a coupon for 3 for $ 3.33. I thought that was an awesome deal. I got a chili cheese dog, burger and fries. I honestly just wanted the chili cheese fries but it’s such a great deal not to get all 3. The fries were great. The chili cheese burger was really good kinda surprised. The chili dog was super salty.

Ruined my appetite for Wienerschnitzel! For awhile I was coming in for the sea dog which was sooo crispy and decent for fast food. Then one day I wouldn’t shut up about how good they were and brought my boyfriend to try one and he must have spit it out so fast because it was partially frozen fish stick. I will not ever go back to this location!

Man I have not been to this place in over 10 years. I noticed they brought back their pastrami sandwich so I decided to give it a go. I ordered it with fries and a medium soda. I also had a $ 1.00 coupon so I used it. My sandwich was good but it was one dimensional. The bread should be either toasted or lightly grilled. The SOFT rye bread with the salty pastrami, pickles, and mustard made for a boring sandwich. Taste good but boring. The fries were average and the diet Pepsi was well, diet Pepsi.

Recently went while they were receiving a health inspection. You would think best time to go. WRONG! Only the manager speaks english so all the health information is in spanish. Health inspector found roaches and rat feces in areas of the kitchen. I didn’t stay to eat after I saw the cook scratch his head and not wash his hands.

Average everything, but it is for sure different kind of fast food.
