Staff seems nice, but they cram device insurance on to your line without asking. I will avoid this store in the future. If possible, you should always try to call T-​Mobile by dialing 611. The call center reps are genuinely helpful and don’t work on commission.

Not being very well versed in mobile phones, I graduated myself from a flip phone to a Microsoft Lumina with a fantastic tmobile plan thru Walmart that allows me unlimited texting to stay in touch with my family as well as to receive miscellaneous data at a great value. Nancy, one of the techies, set my new phone up with patience and kindness, probably kindly suppressing a few giggles at my lack of knowledge, but I’m grateful for her help. The entire staff at this location is courteous and knowledgeable, and I hope TMobile knows what a team they have in the Spring Valley location. Also it’s easy to reach and parking is great, unlike the huge mall to the east.
