I had to have the birthday cake frapp before it’s gone. I ordered with the app and walked in to wait for my order. As I sat down, I heard one of the barista’s say they had a mobile order so I figured I’d be out of there in no time. WRONG. After watching someone come in after me and leave before me, I asked about my drink. They were JUST making it! It took them almost 15 minutes o_​O There was one car in the drive thru and no one else inside waiting for a drink. The staff was busy goofing off & throwing ice at a fellow employee on a break, not doing their jobs. Get it together people!

Customer service if hit or miss. It takes forever if you are in drive thru. Seriously be ready to wait 10 – 15 minutes. And that’s with only 3 or 4 cars ahead of you!

Recently moved to Spring Valley and this Starbucks is kind of right in the middle of where we live. The next closest one is on Avocado Blvd in the Rancho shopping center.
If you are in the same boat. Do not go to this one. They’ve had the same sign up for their holiday drinks for weeks! «Sorry, all out. Want to try something new»???
NO, actually I don’t want to try something new. What I really want is the management to properly run this store. I’m no Starbucks executive, but I’m pretty sure this would be unacceptable to be out of a certain product this long. Especially this time of year. I guess I should thank them for the friendly reminder why I like Coffee Bean better.

Messed up on my drinks 3 times. The girl looked at me funny… And then she repeated my drink order back to me after giving me the wrong drink again! «Oh yah! You ordered the iced green tea latte with soy».
Funny thing is, I watched her make my drink from the drive thru window and she literally poured 85% WHOLE MILK into my drink. What are you trying to do?! Kill me?! I tried to asked for my money back but she closed the door on me. I was in a hurry so I just tossed the drink.
First and last time here. Thank you so much!
PS the area was some what ghetto.

I come here almost every day and VERY rarely do they get my drink incorrect. Always smiling and very fast service for how many cars they get! The staff always handles rushed well and manager always has things stocked. Great store :)

This store is always on point. My drink is always customized and they get it right every time. A lot of stores I go to do not measure correctly so my macchiato ends up tasting like milk or the espresso leaves a weird taste like it’s burnt. Baristas here are always friendly. There are Starbucks around every corner, but I always go to this drive thru because I know I will get my money’s worth.

I’ve been here dozens of times over the last couple years and was never compelled to write a review until tonight. Leif was my drive thru barista, and he was super helpful. He encouraged me to try something new, and then something «festive». Great experience. I would have given 5 stars but my previous visits wouldn’t have even merited 3.

Being a former barista, I’m particular with my beverages. For a long time, I stuck to straight espresso. The employees at this store are extremely friendly and chatty. (But not in the annoying «you’re awesome but I’m slowly trying to get one foot closer out the door» type of way). I trust you guys with my picky personalized chai latte, and haven’t encountered bitter espresso yet!
Thaddeus and Felicia always go the extra mile to make my day special.

This is for their drive thru… Can pretty much guarantee they will get your order wrong, every time. What’s the point of a drive thru if you have to park and go in to get your order corrected. And unlike other Starbucks they won’t give you a free drink coupon for the hassle.

I frequent this location in the AM, it is the only Starbucks that I am aware of in this area of Casa De Oro so unfortunately the drive thru is always packed at 630am but the Baristas are amazing they really try their hardest to keep the line going. Since this location was kind of an after thought the construction of it was not well planned to accompany the amount of traffic so sometimes it is better just to get out of your car and go in.
I’ve had some mess ups a couple of times but the amount of people that come into this location is pretty crazy so I commend them for doing as well as they do with that considered. They are always super sweet and have smiles on their faces which I appreciate especially first thing in the morning! And the other thing that is great, is that they open at 430am so when I need my coffee or tea fix early in the morning they are up and at it!

Soooo, I was super excited about this Starbucks because the one I frequent that’s closer to my house is the worst starbucks in the world (read my review, ugh!).
Mmm… This location I’ve only been to twice, but both times, they managed to make my drink wrong AND both times they also managed to NOT offer me one of their «we’re sorry we suck» coupons.
I ALWAYS order a tall half caff WHITE chocolate mocha, and despise the regular chocolate mocha. Both times, they didn’t hear the «white» part of my order. BOTH TIMES! The first time, I was already home when I took a sip and noticed. I brought it back and they just remade it and didn’t even offer me a free one. The second time, I checked the label before I drove away from the drive thru window, and wouldya look at that… It was a regular mocha AGAIN! Ugh! I waited another couple minutes for my drink and still… No free drink coupon. Annoying.
They would have gotten one star, but they’re actually pretty quick in the drive thru.

Located right off the 94E in Spring Valley, this Starbucks is fairly new, there used to be one down the street with no drive-​thru that i used to go to but that is now closed.
I normally come to this particular Starbucks on my way to work. The drive-​thru has no wait at 5:30a.m. and the baristas are very nice! Theres plenty of parking and its in a plaza where you can also go to Subway, The Library, Post Office, and Dollar Tree.

This is a newly erected Starbucks with a drive thru. The old building a few blocks down across the street has been closed. The drive thru is refreshing addition because parking was very difficult at the old location.
I came in a tried them for the first time and ordered a grande drip coffee and pumpkin scone. (
) The coffee was great and came very hot. The pumpkin scone was equally as good and came with a creamy vanilla icing. (
) The inside was of the scone was full of that fall pumpkin flavor and was moist. No doubt, on this day, the perfect accompaniment to my coffee. (

They were very busy as a result of the drive thru when I came in, but they were handling the rush very well. They definitely a high spirited group of employees.
