Prn Affiliated Physical Therapy

Wonderful staff! Been going there for the last few years. My experience has always been very positive. Evident from the ‘Thank you’ cards and notes hanging on the wall, this place is filled with genuine, caring and professional people. You will not be disappointed with the treatments. The therapists will take good care of you. :)

The therapists are nice and professional. Front desk is disorganized and makes scheduling mistakes. Always ask for a printed schedule or you might wind up driving down there for nothing.

Ok first off I love the receptionist, Sal and the PT that they have here, what I didn’t like was the PT Assistants they had working on me, the 5x that I was here I never had the same person working on my arm. My first bad experience was with the traction machine they placed me on for my neck, I was relaxed then all of a sudden I jerked because something was dropped, I didn’t feel it at the time, but when I went back I mentioned to them what happen, and how my neck was sore, I didn’t really want to give the machine a second try, but I did any way. It didn’t help. then next and finial time I went in during my massage on my elbow and arm the assistant keep pushing to hard, I said something to her about how she was hurting me, so she said OK we will just give it a little break, then she was back to pushing and digging… I was in more pain!!! THEN came the traction machine again… I didn’t want to be placed on it because it hurt… but they put me on it any way… In the long run when I went back to my Dr. office with more pain, it was in the best interest that I no longer use PRM… I was caused my pain then relief.

If Janet weren’t so fantastic and nice, I’d be giving APT one star. The low rating is because they have stopped accepting CoveredCA health plans, which is aggravating and annoying. Thumbs up for corporate greed.
