Marvin is just the best stylist/​barber and I am so happy he is now part of this quant barbershop! Great spot, though tucked away in a side street. Nice décor, inviting, clean bathrooms, nice comfortable seating in the waiting area. Marvin does great with a flat iron, hot curling, and sharp cuts for men. He does my eyebrows too whenever I am there. Thanks!

After reading Danielle B. review I decided to checkout this Salon. When I say everything in her review was right on point! It was… Neisha was very nice and honest. What ever questions you ask her about your natural hair? She will tell you the truth and let you know that she would do it but that’s something you can do yourself at home. In other words don’t WASTE your money if you don’t have to because the style won’t last. I will be going back. Thanks Neisha

I moved to San Diego in hopes of finding a salon to find home. My expectations were exceeded. As an African American with ALOT of natural hair, I’m nervous to try new stylists. I usually get the «whoa, you have a lot of hair» or «this will be a challenge» look. Well Neisha stepped up to the challenge with flying colors. Upon walking into the salon, the environment and music are very welcoming. It reminds of being at home. The stylists are all very friendly and Neisha was very accommodating with my schedule. Healthy hair is what I strive for. It was wonderful to hear that we had the same goals for my hair. When I left the salon, I felt like a new woman. My freshly trimmed healthy hair was blowing in the wind and styled just the way I wanted. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I would urge you all to do your hair a favor and try it for yourself. Your hair, mind, body, and spirit will thank you. Thanks Neisha!

Referred to the salon by the owner. VERY clean and has clearly had time & resources invested into remodeling and making it comfortable for clients in a cozy atmosphere should they need to have a seat to wait on their stylist.
I particularly liked what I saw from Neisha & Sadie.

I have been a client of Ms. Linda’s for nearly 14 years and have followed her from two previous locations. If that isn’t convincing enough, I also drive from North County to seek her services twice a month. From the beginning she’s always been so amiable, professional and I consider her a friend. I appreciate how she has helped my hair come back to its natural state from a perm not only is it healthy and past my shoulders, but it can last from one appointment to the next! I would highly recommended visiting her for her fantastic services – you won’t be disappointed!
