Greenbrier Lawn & Tree Expert

Expert? I think not. Unless (since the BBB says they only have one employee, he’s the expert and we just never see him).
First of all, these guys are just complete jerks. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do and then spend and hour and a half leaf-​blowing an asphalt parking lot… and the sidewalk… and Grand Ave. Leaf blowing the road. At 9am. So they can get paid.
The guy at our place generally spends half or more of his time on his cell phone or sitting around smoking cigarettes. I called to complain and spoke to Debbie, who said she’d have a supervisor call me. Nope. Nobody called. So, I gave it a week or so and then wrote an email. No response.
These guys are the worst of the worst. Rude landscapers that mutter Spanish obscenities at you under their breath when you walk by (I speak Spanish, a-hole…but nice try), management that will not get back to you, ever (or an incompetent receptionist, either way) and then they blow trash into the bushes and leave it there. Nice and thanks.
Don’t even consider these guys. RUN in the other direction and make sure that you brush up on your Spanish, so you can catch the insults and excuses they throw at you as you run away. The. WORST.

Day 2 of Greenbrier Lawn & Tree «Expert» (I use the word expert very loosely).
The gentlemen arrive nice and early before anyone is awake. The block my only exit with tree branches taller then 6ft 3′ (my height) going from near my front door all the way up the communal stairs which allow us to exit our building.
Their excuse for not clearing the only pathway was they were on a break. I tried to explain that : —
1) I need to go to work and will not climb over your left over tree.
2) I’m having renovation work done on my home and you’ve blocked the ONLY stairway preventing anyone from entering.
3) You’ve blocked the only exit from our building.
4) This is a MAJOR fire hazard as we are unable to walk out of building.
I’m a little suspect that the same «Professional» from Greenbrier left the pathway outside my front door (and not my neighbors) BLOCKED after our disagreement from the previous day.
I called Greenbrier and spoke to the VP of the company who’s response was — quote, «Do you want me to beat his ass, will that make you happy?» — I was asking for a letter of apology and a sincere apology and information on what sort of resolution would come from these two days of abuse from GB staff.
No On-​sight manager, no superviser to address, and very little response from the GB employees.
Thankfully I speak enough Spanish to understand when they’re shit talking myself and wife because we demanded they unblock our path and allow us to go to work.
Funny how the previous tree cutting which, was less then 20ft from the tree used to block my path didn’t result in any obstruction the day prior.
HONESTLY I’ll be happy if I never see this company again. Beyond horrible customer service, No manners or common decency what so ever. And if you complain be prepared for a lot of «chupa mi pito», «hijo de la chingada», «pinche culero» to name but a few.
