This salon is exactly the way all salons should be! It is so relaxing, Shasta is the best ! She made my hair look and feel amazing. She is so sweet and genuine! She listened when I told her what I was looking to accomplish with my hair and she made it happen! Love it!

Shasta is AWESOME! I have never in my life gone to a salon and walked out with my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it in a short amount of time. Highly recommend going to her! She puts 100% attention on you and doesn’t handle multiple clients at the same time. Best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon!

Shasta is one of a kind! Took me years to find a gem like her. I came in with long beat up nappy mama of two toddlers hair and years of hair neglect… Came out with a beautiful balyage and perfect layers throughout that shaped my round face just right. I had a bunch of random pics from Pinterest to show her and it came out better than I hoped for. Want it done right? Go to Shasta! She’s literally a blessing!

Shasta is so wonderful and caring I always feel so positive after a visit. Shasta is a fabulous colorist, stylist and very knowledgable in her craft. Thank you Shasta for making me feel and look wonderful!

Took me forever to get back in to see Shasta, this is the second time she’s cut my hair and it’s amazing!!! I haven’t been back in forever because she goes by appointment and I misplaced her card and had to have my hubby get the number when he went by her shop. Anyhow, seriously she’s fantastic with hair and I highly recommend stopping in for either cut or color she does beautiful work! She takes her time and goes over your hair more than a few times. She really cares how you look!!! I went to supercuts and they fried my hair badly. I had her cut off as much of the fried hair and honestly I was going to need a bob but she knew that to get through the holidays with short hair isn’t as sexy as having some hair so she convinced me in keeping as much of it as I could. She is honest and she is really talented!!! Plus she enjoys her job and has been a stylist for over 20 years. You can’t go wrong just call her and get in, you won’t regret it!!!
P. S. When she cuts my hair I get compliments non-​stop, never had that before!

Shasta has a small shop but it’s super cozy and she makes you feel really comfortable. Great conversations, for me I’m not usually a talker but she has that special thing where you just wanna to chat with her. She cut my hair the way I asked and didn’t cut it shorter than I wanted and she even gave me some great tips on some fun hair styles. I am definitely going to go back to her next time I need a hair cut. I even brought in my 3 month old and she was very welcoming. I know some places I have been the people look at me like I’m crazy for bringing in a baby, not here!

Not only is Shasta an amazing person but she’s a great stylist as well. I recommend her to all my friends and we have all loved the cuts and colors she does for us. Just bring in a photo of what you are looking for and she’s got it. Her salon is quiet and private and always clean and relaxing.

I’m on vacation, and my color needed a touch-​up, so I looked on Unilocal and found Shasta! She had great reviews, and I can tell why! She fit me in, matched my color, was very personable, gave good advice on products to use, all for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend got color? for a good hair styling experience!

Last minute appointment made and was able to get squeezed in. From beginning to end, I had a great experience. Great haircut, awesome customer service & a clean spacious place. Will be coming here from now on.

This review is LONG overdue, but I just wanted to say how much I love this salon. I wanted to get some highlights one day and needed a place to go. I actually found this salon through Unilocal and decided to give them a call. Shasta picked up and I was able to make an appointment that morning. When I got to the salon, they were so kind and welcoming. Shasta then led me to another hair stylist who specializes in color, Annette, whom I love. Annette knows how to make you feel comfortable and did a wonderful job on my highlights. I will definitely be going back!

I got a haircut from Shasta today, and she did a awesome job on my hair. Just want I wanted and my hair even looked lighter after having it flat ironed, which was a bonus! I’ll definitely be back and I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a good hair cut.

I finally found my place and a great beautician! Shasta always gets me in at my requested days and times. She is also a beautiful person inside and out. I have already been twice with color, low and hi-​lites with cut and blow-​dry. Hair was fantastic both times. They also sell some of the best hair products here. A+++++

I’ve always colored my own hair for years, but this time I wanted to try something funky and complicated. So came here as this place specializes in color and it’s in my neighborhood. Had a really good first time experience with them. I consulted with Shasta about what I wanted and she pointed me to her other stylist Annette, who specializes in styling «natural hair». She was able to get rid of the last stubborn color on my hair and provide me with something new and vibrant. Very at home nice atmosphere, with very warm inviting people.

This review is Loooooooong overdue. I needed my hair done the day before flying out for Thanksgiving and Shasta squeezed me in, and gave me a very good price! She did an excellent job with my cut and especially with my color, so I was very happy with the whole experience; especially the fact that she took me at ridiculously short notice! She is very personable and pleasant to be around, as well. The whole experience was ideal!

I really was nervous about this place as I don’t trust most people to do my hair but Shasta really did a great job and I also used the coupon. It is really good to find somebody I like to do my hair!

I’m always a little hesitate going to a new hair dresser. I’m really picky when it comes to color and blow outs. I first got my hair colored a Carmel color from Shasta. With other hair dressers every time I say Carmel it either is too dark or light. Shasta did a great job! The color is perfect and blow out was perfect! I’m so happy to finally find a new place that know what they are doing. Next week I’m going back for a Peter Coppola straightening treatment. Can’t wait to see the results.

I am from out of town and did not know where to go for a nice haircut/​style that wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg and that would not book me a week out. I decided to call just based on the pictures posted of clients who have had their hair done here. I called and booked an appt with Shasta for the next morning. I also purchased the voucher ($ 15 for $ 30) off of Unilocal.I have to say that Shasta is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and not only did she do a great cut but I also got the shampoo and blow dry/​style all for the price of the voucher. Amazing! I was so pleased — my hair came back to life and looked great — and the conversation was great. Shasta knows what she is doing and told me that she has been doing hair for 21 years and her specialty is color. I don’t think you can go wrong here. I am seriously thinking that since I have family here and frequently visit I just may opt to only get my hair done in SD (I’m from L.A.). Yes I loved the cut but also the genuinely nice person doing the cut! (I rated the price range as moderate because the haircuts start at $ 30-​which is great– but I do not know about the prices of the color treatments. If I solely based it on what I paid for the voucher I would have rated it inexpensive.)

The client is cheerfully greeted by the owner, Shasta, who knowledgeable in all areas of cuts and color for men and women. She is also very patient with children and they are comfortable with her. The color and styles that Shasta gives me are natural and flattering. I always look 5 years younger when she is finished! Shasta is a good listener and willing to follow the client’s vision. Give «got color? Salon» a try, you will never go anywhere else after your first visit! Prices are reasonable. Parking is also easy.
