Closet Depot

John recently built-​out four big closets for us and we could not be more pleased with his work. He listened to our needs, he made excellent suggestions and responded with a proposal that was easy to accept because it was priced very fairly, included drawings that were detailed and addressed our needs. He arrived on time and worked effectively to finish on schedule. He was neat, he cleaned up the dust, etc. as he finished each section. We would hire Closet Depot and John again without question.

John came to my house on June 4^th to give me an estimate and charge my card $ 1000 down for the work. Told me he’d complete the work within two weeks.
He disappeared. I never heard from him again. It’s July 11^th. No cabinets, meanwhile all my storage from my garage is still stacked up all over my house. Very inconsiderate and bad business. I had to call my credit card company to reverse the charge.
Not happy.

This is the best customer service I have ever received. In 2001, I contracted with Closet Depot to design two walk in closets. They did an excellent job. Now fast forward to 2014. One of the main support boards in the closet broke and that section collapsed. I called Closet Depot just to inquire about purchasing that section. To my surprise, the owner of closet depot came out that week and replaced that piece of the closet and put everything back together again. Now get this. He would not except any money. He said he stood behind his work. I have never had that type of customer service, after thirteen years of use of the closet (and I believe it broke because of all the weigh my daughter put on the top shelf) he still fixed everything for free. I would recommend Closet Depot to everyone
