Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

Wow, I’m the first to review this place on Unilocal LOL. Anyway I have stayed here about 7 times in the past 5 years. The name used to be I believe Spring Valley Inn or something like that. Well, last time I stayed It was called American Best Value and my guess someone else bough out the business as I though some Indian family from Naperville Illinois did around 2009 or something. The rooms are always OK and usually when I stay for business I get stuck with construction workers staying the same night are usually loud and drinking. It’s kind of pricy for a small town Motel/​hotel as the rates $ 75 to $ 90 a night nothing to extreme if you don’t mind. The rooms could be cleaned a bit more in detail as the bed sheets don’t look like they are washed or changed. Just an FYI check the sheets once your in the room first thing.
