Northpoint Apartments

These apt are old so the electric bills are astrononomical almost 300 a month in the winter for 850 sq ft the windows are in very poor condition no weather stripping at all. In the summer heat the smell of raw sewage seeps in the air because of the stream of it that flows right thru the middle of the community. The air condition does not cool properly in the summer if over 85 degrees outside. The mangement illegally did not hold up the terms that they agrred upon and signed to according to the lease they drew up

I stayed here for 2 years. The first year was awesome. The second year, things started to get shady. I had a playstation stolen from my apartment. My buddy in his apartment had all his electronics stolen and a rock was thrown threw a window. I think the rock was just a fake. I think they had someone in management with a key who knew our military schedule and took advantage of us. We weren’t the only ones. I started to frequently see cops around and heard of others getting robbed. Also when I moved out, instead of calling me and telling me I owed something for the apartment being dirty they sent it straight to collections. This was the second time someone from this Fayetteville area had just sent something to collections with no regard for soldiers. They fixed it real quick when I told them I was going to report them to Ft. Bragg and have them on the off limits establishments.
