5 Stars are not enough! We ordered baseball tees for our elementary school PTO. Sue was totally patient with my lack of apparel ordering experience, my inability to specify why «we’re not quite there yet» and need for flexible ordering options. Our items were received ahead of schedule, in perfect condition and looked even better than we hoped! We will surely continue ordering from Sue and Initial Impact again and again!
