The moment I walked in to this school I felt welcomed to they family ! I love the serious traditional family oriented environment ! The professor is very knowledgable in the craft of BJJ and Judo and is truly a humble man! ! He takes his time to explain each technique ! Very military friendly class times and room for kids to play and hangout while you train!
Also since I began here the school in starting multiple community service events for the surrounding kids! I would recommend this school to anyone looking to improve there BJJ Game! Again thank you professor to being such a fantastic teacher and welcoming me to your family!

Gracie Barra Spring Lake is a great place to train. Professor RJ is very knowledgeable and the school has a supportive atmosphere. It’s great for beginners and competitors alike.

Great gym. Professor RJ is fun, patient, sets expectations & is one of the best coaches my kids have had. They love going to class & it is completely worth the drive across town.
