Cici’s Pizza

Took the kids here for lunch today. The staff was very friendly and the pizza was fresh and yummy! Had a great experience.

The few time I’ve been the foods been good. They just need to work on keeping a variety of pizza available. It is a pizza buffet. Also the few times I’ve placed an order for a pizza to be brought to our table it takes forever and by the time the pizza is ready, we’re ready to leave. They are good about picking up the tables and cleaning them.

Buffet pizza goes fast and doesn’t replenish quickly. Many customers wait for the food because it doesn’t come out fast enough. Stuffed crust goes fast and many want it yet the buffet always seem to be empty of it. You would think the few pizzas everyone takes would be cooked more frequently rather than the others. Salad and soup available. Soup emptied quick. All veggies are pizza toppings and soup ingredients. Place is a little dirty as well.

We went here to celebrate my son’s kindergarten graduation after a day at Monkey Joe’s. The food was good and there was plenty to choose from. The restaurant does need to be a bit cleaner though, especially around the salad bar. Employees were kind and helpful.

I was hesitant to try this location as most of the reviews weren’t that great. However, I’m so glad I came in for myself! The manager on duty, Matthew, informed me they were under new management after telling him about some of the awful reviews I had read on here. The staff was very helpful, attentive, upbeat and cheerful! One employee, Russell, asked me if I needed help carrying my drinks to the table! Food was fresh and as it was busy (we were there in a Friday night around 5:30−6p) they continued to bring out a fresh variety of delicious pizzas! The ladies room was clean and well stocked. The buffet line, drink station and dining area was all clean and tidy. Before leaving the manager made his way around the dining area asking and greeting each individual table and asking if anyone needed anything. My kiddos left super full and happy with stickers! Overall, I would recommend this location and will definitely be back!

The last time I was there (over 8 months ago!) the manager was very rude. When I mentioned this to her, she basically looked at me like she could care less. I made a note to her supervisor, but they never bothered to call me to apologize. The pizza is dry, old and nasty! Never fresh pizza available ! And if you request something, you get the feel that you are bothering the employees! I guess you get what you paid for !

Consistently great customer service! Every time we come in we are greeted with a smile. The food is cheap pizza. But for a $ 5 buffet it’s great!

I am w/​Samantha B. perhaps I came in on an «off day». I stopped in here one of the first nights I got to Fayetteville. I was exhausted and hungry and it is close to my hotel. I have done the «carry-​out» buffet a few times, but it had been a LONG time. I should have known to go LOOK at the buffet bar to see what they actually had before I bought it.
The server hands me the box, a cup and said, «5 pieces of pizza, one bread stick and one dessert». What? I have never been told what I could get before nor have I ever received a drink w/​the buffet purchase.
I had no intention of getting five pieces of pizza and what if I wanted to cram that little box full of bread sticks? What does it matter? There’s only so much volume you can fit in the box. I thought that was VERY weird.
Turns out, she didn’t even have to worry what I got. There was hardly anything on the bar (not a peak time by any means) and what was out there looked old. I asked one of the cooks if they had anything coming out soon. He said yes. Now, I realize «soon» is a subjective term, but wtf. Basically, I ended up w/​3 cruddy, old pieces of pizza and one cinnamon roll. That’s what I get for trying to cheat and eat pizza anyway!
I am sure at some point, I will return to CiCi’s, but it won’t be anytime soon. If I get the buffet, I will CERTAINLY go and see what they actually have before I purchase!

CICIs make WHATEVER you want in just minutes!!!
Had only good experience here and i go minimum of once a month.
Tall guy in the back remembers what I like and make is just the way I want and the cashiers are always nice.
I would recommend CiCi’s all day!

I’m so sorry CiCi’s! Maybe this was an off day for you or you had no help. I’m not sure. My first thought as I went to find a booth was, «I need rain boots!» The floor was wet and sticky! I went to look through the buffet, maybe I should have done that before I paid. There weren’t many different types of pizza and the ones that were there, I would NEVER eat! Mac N Cheese? Seriously? Well, I guess so because there were only a couple slices left of each pizza out there. The pizza was all cold, and none of it looked good. I decided to try the spinach with white sauce and it was terrible! I hate writing bad reviews and I can normally find something nice to say, but this was bad! All I could taste was salt. That’s it! (I love salt.) I thought for sure I could find a piece of pepperoni for my daughter and they didn’t have any. When they did bring some out it had 2 pieces on it. I don’t know… The only thing we liked were the bread sticks. Those were pretty yummy. Honestly, we ate more salad than anything. Pretty sad.

Where are the bus people? Pizza was cold and every pizza was some variation of pepperoni. What happened to a buffet of different types? Mac n cheese pizza? BBQ pizza? Not to mention no trash can on the bathroom and everything in the resturant is sticky!!!
