I don’t like giving one star reviews but this place deserves it. I have twins (a boy and a girl) and they act like they’ve never dealt with this situation before. My daughter needed a prescription in November and despite telling EVERY single person I spoke with that she was a twin, they billed it under my son’s name.
Two weeks later he needed the same antibiotic and they told me I’d already picked it up. I once again tried telling everyone that I spoke with that he was a twin and they probably billed it wrong. They completely ignored me until two hours later (still arguing and waiting for them to call everyone). Finally someone heard the word «twins» and a wire connected. They finally stopped treating me like a liar and got his prescription filled while I waited 25 minutes longer. Never again.

This is specifically on a Crystal in the pharmacy. I’m not sure if she was a tech or the actual pharmacist but she was very rude.
I usually use a Walgreens in Lutz since that’s where I live but am having to stay with my parents in spring hill for a couple weeks while I recover from a major surgery. I had surgery on the ⁷⁄₂₈ and was released the following day. When I went in to get my pain medication prescriptions filled Crystal asked me why I was coming to that pharmacy instead of my usual one in Lutz. Despite that it was none of her business, I replied that it was staying with family post surgery. It took her about five minutes to get my info (already in the system) and I asked her for the amount. She gave me the cost before insurance for only one of the prescriptions. She then let me know she was going to hold on to my insurance card and would have it sitting with my order in ~20 minutes when I could pick them up. By this point I was exhausted and ready to sit down so I didn’t argue.
Upon returning to pick then up I found that she had just left my insurance card sitting on the counter. Thank goodness I had asked them to check for it.

The pharmacy is terrible. Rude techs, takes forever to reach someone on the phone. They were out of my prescription and never called to notify me. I now go out of my way to use another pharmacy.
