As an insurance agent I appreciate the education that Carlo and Melissa provide to their customers. Many insurance companies advise their clients that they must use the companies «preferred vendor» when the client has a loss/​damage to their vehicle. This is not true! It is your vehicle your choice. This is the law!
If you have damage to your vehicle you absolutely have the right to choose which auto body shop fixes your vehicle.
R Tate’s has repaired a couple of my vehicles to perfection. I cannot say enough about Carlo and Melissa. I have sent my family and friends to them as well and all have been extremely happy with the results.
