I don’t really think Nicole E (reviewer) is fair by giving one star because of delivery.
I have purchased two different mattresses at two different times from Arthur Watkins, owner of Mattress Inn in Spring Hill TN. The mattresses are wonderful name brands, both backed by warranties. Arthur explained to me the need to ROTATE your mattress every month or two, because pillow top mattresses are more easily affected by body heat than the old style. His service was wonderful, I took my time and he was so patient — then he even loaded the mattress into the back of the truck and tied it down for me. Great for a single woman. I couldn’t be more pleased with the mattresses and service I got at Mattress Inn. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
