I go to this Lowe’s often for most of our home and landscaping needs. The store is well organized and the staff is always helpful. We have literally spent thousands there.
I did have one problem in the past where a lawn mower we purchased died after two uses (yes it had oil and gas) and we had a difficult time getting Lowe’s to do anything about it. We bought the lawn mower on sale in the winter, and did not use it until spring, so by then the 30 day return period had ended and we did not purchase the extended warranty. But eventually one of the managers sorted things out and the replacement lawn mower we received was a better model than the one we originally purchased. However, I am still knocking my rating down to 4 stars because of this incident. It was a three month process and was not a fun thing to deal with.
