I called to request an estimate for work and was told I would have to leave a message and someone would get back to me. Fair enough. I left my information but three days later still hadn’t heard from anyone. When I called back and asked again, I was told that I would have to again wait as the person I needed to speak to was away in training. When I asked the young lady if this was normal, her response was «it’s not my fault, I give them their messages!» I then called Gulfside Insulation, was able to speak to someone immediately and was treated professionally and respectfully.
