I have been to several hookah lounges, and this one is by far the best there is. Your experience is great from the moment you walk in, the owner and staff go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome, the prices are very fair, and the hookahs are so good. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

Clean, fun, and amazing venue.
This Hookah Café and Lounge is amazing. It is an excellent relaxing venue where friends or just solo individuals can go out and have a leisurely night out. Weekdays include movie nights, and annual events like poetry nights and art exhibitions. Every other Tuesday is animé night so animé fans need to come on out. Most nights when there is no performer anyone can jump up and perform or jam out on the lounge’s provided instruments. Thursdays starting at 5pm is game night which is sponsored by 4DCompete. You can play competitively for prizes in Smash Brothers Brawls and various other games.
There is a wide selection of shisha to available. Base and Euphoria’s standard shisha mixes use Al Fakher, but the non-​tobacco options Hydro options are available for flavor substitution. The next tier of shisha is Starbuzz. Most of the popular flavors and some random flavors are available to smoke. The top-​shelf available is Fumari. Its pricey, but worth it for the rich, deep, lasting flavor. I would personally recommend requesting the use of natural coals. They burn longer and are flavorless versus standard quick light coils.
Since my original review was posted in 2014 most of the hookahs have been upgraded to vastly superior ones. They might be «smaller» in scale, but they hit vastly better. Hoses have also been improved.
Atmosphere is one of the greatest qualities of Euphoria. There is six distinctively different rooms each with their own atmosphere. There is the main hall which features their performance area, the sultan’s den (Arabic themed), a Roman themed room (VIP room), Alice in Wonderland themed room (with black lights), the Pandora room (outdoor Avatar themed with black light), and Mystical room (VIP room). Those in the sultan’s den and Roman room can see live performances.
A small Café menu is provided for patrons with a sweet tooth or want a small bite to eat. Shakes and smoothies are amazing. Probably some of the best in the county. The waffle ice cream sandwiches are also damn good. It is highly recommended if you do come, order something from the café. Even the coffee is pretty good.
The wait staff is highly professional and enthusiastic about their jobs. The are quick on their feet so orders are placed and delivered in a timely manner. Even if the lounge is slammed which is quite amazing considering I have seen some nights where there is easily over 50 customers.
I highly recommend coming out even if you do not smoke or just do not feel like doing it that night. A $ 5 door fee grants you access to this amazing hangout. If you are smoking the fee is whatever the cost of your bowl you decide to smoke or All Night Fee.
This is probably the most culturally amazing place in Hernando County, and probably the best hookah lounge on the west coast of Florida.

So let me begin by saying that this place looks cool. Very nice ambiance. What it lacks though is service. It is staffed with a bunch of kids who come there to hangout. The owner even just comes there, and chats with the staff instead of helping customers.
The last time I went to this hookah lounge they had 4 people working, but they were all just chit-​chatting with each other. I waited almost a half an hour to place my order alone; then another 10 minutes to get my hookah. They were not busy; so I cannot say that they were slammed and that is why. I am sure regulars receive different treatment, but I will not be one of those.
Very disappointed with this place. Very unprofessional. Very childish. I will not be returning to this establishment. I will be searching for something better then this teenager hangout.

Went here for a date night with the bf while in Florida. This place was nearby and there was a Unilocal deal that we decided to get. We purchased a $ 20 for $ 40 deal and when we got there the owner told us that the deal expired even though it was still up on Unilocal and didn’t have an expiration date. She was nice and honored it. We realized it was a really great deal considering it got both of us unlimited hookah for the night. When we stepped in it was karaōke night. Not wanting to hear some kid screw up Coldplay, we chose to sit in the Alice in Wonderland room. I have to say it was really cool and trippy. This place definitely puts a lot of effort into making it look unique. We opened the menu and were excited to see all the different hookah flavors. The waiter brought us our hookahs and told us we couldn’t turn the coal over ourselves. I thought that was really weird because at all the other places I go to in NY it’s fine. This place looks like a popular hangout for teens so I’m guessing something happened to enforce this. All of the flavors were not very strong and we had problems with one of the hookahs. Since we had some extra $ from our deal we looked at the menu to see what we could order. There wasn’t much of a food or drink selection. There were items on the menu such as White Castle burgers and hot pockets which was disappointing because no one wants to go out and eat that! We ordered milkshakes and the waiter messed up the flavors. He was very nice and apologetic though. Overall I really liked the setting and ambience more than the hookah.

Fun and clean place. I will definitely go back. First time I went they had belly dancing and smelt like incense inside. It was very nice :)

Euphoria Emporium is an excellent way to spend an evening. This hookah bar is very newbie-​friendly, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure you’ve had an excellent experience.
We had the pleasure of meeting the mother-​and-​son ownership team on our first visit. Although we were experienced, we were with a couple who had never been to a hookah bar. From the first staff member to the last, our friends were treated respectfully and given a very comprehensive hookah education. We supplemented the lessons with some personal anecdotes, but they would have done just as well had we not been with them.
The venue is well-​decorated, with rooms to suit a variety of tastes and styles. The VIP room is intimate without feeling cramped, and is a great place to spend an evening if you have a larger party.
The staff flavor suggestions were on target, and pleased everyone in our party. Refills were a breeze and service was extremely attentive.
The Emporium offers light refreshments, including soft drinks, smoothies & shakes, as well as snack items. You can also opt to have them coordinate sushi delivery from the nearby Aqua Lounge.
There are two hookah bars virtually next to each other in this area of Spring Hill. I’ve been to both, and I’m hoping this part of my review will help you decide which one to visit if you’re unsure.
Dahookah, down the street, is smaller and more hands-​off. I’d venture to say that it’s better if you know exactly what you want, and aren’t really looking to interact with anyone. Euphoria is better suited to both intimate parties (more privacy) and larger groups (more space). If you’re somewhere in the middle of those two party sizes, Dahookah will accommodate you fine. If you’re more social, Euphoria has an atmosphere that suits you better than Dahookah, which isn’t anti-​social, but has been more «keep to yourself» when we’ve gone.

This place rocks I had my first time in the place cant love it enuf and its cheaper than a move for all night. Got to be seen to believe. I will be back very very soon.
