We purchased two phones on our AT&T plan and I have to say after getting the runaround from AT&T for 3 days Jason and Kayla where amazing I will never shop anywhere else for phones again thank you thank you thank you very professional and super helpful

Not the best, but not the worst. This is pretty much a typical Best Buy, but one thing I have noticed both in these reviews and in Best Buys in general is their mediocre service. Not only do few employees have expertise in electronics, they are SLOW(service wise). I came in here knowing what I want and I knew it was in stock, after checking the website. But when I got to the rack, it wasn’t there. So I looked around for an employee but couldn’t find one until I came across a lady trying to assist someone in the computers department. She noticed me, and after she was done helping the couple, she came to me. I asked her if it was in stock(I knew it was) and she’s like«IIIIIIIII dooooooon’t thiiiiiiiink sooooo but I can check if you want real quick». So ten minutes later, she arrives with my device. My other gripe during this visit was when I needed help with guidance looking for an SD card(I didn’t have my contacts in, so I could not read the signs or scan down the aisles). I find a guy to help me and he proceeds to walk up and down every aisle in the section until he finds it. I could have done that myself. Gripes aside, the staff were friendly and fast at checkout. I don’t think I’ll né nack unless I really need to.

I love the staff at Best Buy from the Greeter Mike, to the Samsung Rep Jay, to the great people Chad and Precious who helped my husband and myself navigate through the options of phone and what plans best suited our needs. Let me start off by saying, I am not an easy customer to deal with. I do not have the knowledge or expertise to really understand one phone from the next and that can also be said about tablets. Jay taught me so much I was very impressed and spent a lot of time with me, and never made me feel like I was taking up to much of his time. That is a sign of a great rep !!! So much so I didn’t think twice about getting the Samsung 10.1 tablet with the removable keyboard. I love it !!! Even though I was $ 750.00 lighter in my pocket. Jay sold me on it and I absolutely no regrets. Chad and Precious had the task of explaining phone plans and upgrades to my husband and myself, that was a whole different situation! We were both confused since Verizon changed so much from 2 years ago that they truly had to work hard to explain it. Not once did they look frustrated. They broke it down with ease and that was that. Now I am a proud owner of the Samsung 6 edge! I always dreaded doing the whole phone plan, however we both ended up having a very nice time, laughing and smile throughout. I will never go to a Verizon store again. Best Buy will always be my first and only option. My purchase was on 8−15−15 Precious you will be an awesome Mommy !!!

Don’t let them install anything in your car. had to have them redo everything, wasn’t sounding right and it was a nightmare. Had to return multiple times; wasting gas and time. We live ten miles away, there and back and there and back and again, not exactly fun!

This Best Buy is not worth going to. Ever. I will drive to Tampa and go out of my way before I go to this store again. First off, they sold me a broken TV. I found this out after I got home and was SO excited to hook it up. I thought, Okay just my luck. Took it back the same night. That’s when I got aggravated. Not only did NO one offer to help me with my return, they made ME go to the back of the store and get the TV myself and bring it back up to the front. ANDTHEN, I waited for 15 minutes until someone would exchange it for me… by the way they only offered to help me AFTER I got loud and at that point I just ended up returning the TV and getting my money back which was over $ 1000 dollars. Why did I get loud? Because the entire time I am patiently waiting in line, all of the useless employee’s were standing around and chatting with co workers or «friends» that came in. So Best Buy, because of this store you lost money. I hope you read this. As someone who is a former Retail Manager in a large children’s store, I would have been fired or fired someone who did this in my store.

Bought a Hp printer. Great deal. Was 299.00. sale for $ 199.00. With a trade in of an older printer the total cost was $ 149.99 plus tax. It is a 4 in 1 printer wireless. Excellent deal and sales staff are extremely knowledgable. You may print your photos from your iPhone directly to the printer remotely. I love Best Buy.
