Quite a well managed store as compared to some of the others that I have been to in the past. Not with a lot of control over the systems and processing transactions when it comes to upgrades. But still good enough. You go in. Register. Depending on how busy it is, the wait time could be anywhere from zero to 15 minutes. You can browse around and see if you are looking for accessories or device models. And then one of the staff members comes and attends to you when it’s your turn. We went in as a group and had 2 of our 3 respective requirements catered to without much hassle. The store has most of the latest devices except for the iPhone’s which clearly are out of stock across the board in most places /cities. They don’t have accessories for most older Samsung devices. And the ones that are there are quite expensive. Amazon or other online stores usually have best deals for accessories anyways. Majority of the staff members were good and attentive. There are always the odd balls almost everywhere. This place wasn’t any exception. All in all — a rather stress free experience. 3.5 stars out of 5. So if I had to chose between 3 or 4, I will stay with 3 because of all the problems I have had with the next plan and the lack of clear communication from AT&T either through customer service or from the store.
