Been there a number of times… pretty typical store, the employees are very nice and honest too. They held a misplaced ring that was left behind, that could have easily ‘disappeared’.

Antioch, IL
Too many customers, too few staff, or both. Wait 20 minutes just to drop off a prescription. Then staff seems poorly trained (not sure about insurance procedures, how to use a discount coupon). Did not have the meds in stock, so promised them for the next day at 2PM. Called at 2:40. Only 3 are in, the other still not. And they won’t be ready for another 45 minutes. Time to try the Osco down the street.
