This is the best-tasting, best quality meat I have found in the area. It is all humanely raised, local, and natural, with no antibiotics, no pesticides, no hormones. The beef is grass fed and raised just down the road!
His prices are insanely low. And I can order anything he doesn’t regularly carry, like turkey and duck and veal shanks.
He is famous for his pig roasts, and brines and smokes his bacon and ham himself and they are all fantastic.
