Overall this is a great place to stay. The rooms are nice, and housekeeping does a GREAT job. Everyone we encountered was very nice and always asked if everything was okay, if we needed anything, etc. Yep, a horn-blowing train comes through town at all hours but it didn’t bother us. And the hotel itself was nice and quiet. My minor gripe is that I wish there was a hot protein option for breakfast. It IS a very good breakfast, lots to choose from, etc. I just wish there was a sausage patty or bacon or even eggs but I realize that’s stretching it for a continental breakfast. I LOVED the biscuits and gravy but I try to keep the carb count down at breakfast. We’ll definitely stay again. Good stuff!

Stayed here while visiting some family in the area. Hotel was nice, not a lot I can complain about. As others have said, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, flat screen TV and DVD/VHS player. Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered to all guests, although sometimes it was difficult to pick up a signal. DVDs can be borrowed at the front desk for no charge and watched in your room or in the hotel’s private movie theater. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you forget a common item such as a toothbrush, go to the front and they’ll give you one for free. The surrounding area has little to do in terms of entertainment(although that isn’t the hotel’s fault.) However, there is a convenience store across the street as well as a grocery store and a few restaurants if you want food or whatever. There is also various small shops and thrift stores. A couple things that were annoying: if you get your key card too close to your cell phone it can disrupt the magnetic strip on the card and you won’t be able to get into your room until you get a new one. There’s also a train that rolls through town every couple hours and blows it’s whistle extremely loudly. I would stay again if I were in the area.

I was happy to find this hotel within ten miles of a medical excursion I’d flown in to volunteer with, but was even more happy when I arrived. It’s newish, super clean, ridiculously friendly and right next to a tasty restaurant that gives you 10% off for being a guest. Even more serious awesomeness: laundry facilities, plenty of parking, continental breakfast put out at 5am for the early birds, comfy beds, good wifi, extra towels without asking, pantry with those usual forgotten items(I found myself without hair gel, oog!). Did I mention everyone was ridiculously nice? I am a Texan currently living in NJ and this place was a breath of(much missed) fresh air and hospitality at its best. Excellent experience! Last thought: I flew out here not expecting that I would have *absolutely no* cell service in this area. Hojo allowed me free landline calls to my family back home and some custom instructions on where I could find a few bars of service if I needed to. Going that extra mile — sooo appreciated!

We stay here all the time when we visit family in Spring City. The hotel staff is very nice, we have only come across one horrible desk clerk and reported it to the manager immediately. The beds are comforatable, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and the hotel is quiet. The only thing that makes this a 4-star instead of a 5-star is the fact that the continental breakfast is from 5 am to 9 am. What kind of weird hours are that? And sometimes the rates are a little too high for the location. Otherwise, good place to stay!

This hotel was amazing. There are no negative comments that I could even come up with. My dad lives nearby and had a large family gathering for the 4th of July and we had overflow accommodations here. The room was huge, so clean and the bed was so comfortable. This was completely unexpected for a HOJO. I was very leary when my dad mentioned the reservation. I was shocked. This place is definitely the Ritz of Spring City.
